@Sarah. the guy has taken 20% of a mine that was basically decaying , and turned that into 17% of £23m mcap company without spending a penny, i agree its a good thing to get rid of all the nonsense financial web he has woven, for me if it was a cash deal and vast were rid of him that would be good, but with him still in charge whats to prevent him doing the same again and going round the loop once more, isnt though he hasnt got a history of it.

The lack of independent valuation, and the fact that AP and Tucker set up EMA, we lend it $700K then have to spend more buying it back from them, you couldn’t make it up

@TheShrimp , only my opinion but its clear that the due diligence for the refinancing has thrown up exactly what we have been saying for months, AP has a clear conflict of interest with APMG and EMA to the detriment of VAST. He has sucked the life out of VAST and will now get another massive payout paid for by his favourite pastime a share placing, another 3B shares on top of the 900m arriving on monday, is a 20% share dilution, and the first thing he will do is sell up. IMO

As can be seen from the web of deception he has woven, Getting him out would be literally impossible, even in a Romania hitman would be useless, we would be left with his son

As a long term holder, I hoped for so much from this share, but I have sold all of my holding apart from 1M shares today, at quite a loss, I'll keep the 1M so that i get a vote when it comes to getting rid of AP. I just cant stomach another placing and wouldn't give the guy the steam off my P***. GLA.

@Max, Without a large II to instigate the process, AP knows the PI's will just accept the failings, put it down to experience and move on to the next share. Its only my opinion but he's corrupt but not stupid. He isn't a very good lier though as he cant remember what he promises from one day to the next, if you go back through the RNSs you will see what i mean.

What CEO puts "The Company would be required to seek alternative funding to continue as a going concern" in a trading update if the outlook is rosy ? If he fails to secure refinancing by the end of the year surely he has to go ?

@Max, I agree , if refinancing is agreed, we could move up from here will it get us long term holders out of a hole not too sure anymore, but AP is an absolute idiot, has the concentration span of a goldfish and cant plan to save his life, The most concerning thing for me was this section in the trading update

These risk factors include cost overruns, unforeseen operational mining issues, and adverse commodity price movements. I've always been uncomfortable with the conflict of interest fro AP (With AP mining and VAST), I do fear his intention is to bleed VAST dry and pick over the bones with a buy back of BPPM now we have it running.
