Why aren't VAST listed as "Persons with significant Control" for RMA (https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/11445796/persons-with-significant-control), if it was set up as a SPV for this investment? Doesn't quite look right?

Can anyone point me to any previous mention of EMA Resources Ltd, why are VAST placing every month then spending $750K on a company solely owned by Prelea and Tucker, am i missing something ?

Refinancing deal has to be the turning point for VAST, just made myself listen to the Idiots last interview, he clearly states refinancing is for taking out the Atlas provision, expansion of Romania in general and productivity improvement in BP, so the only excuse for placing after refinancing could be the mythical diamonds. Refinancing has to be the sword AP lives or dies on !

For any other company the extension of a license would be good news, with VAST we just know its another excuse to make placings, raise some more cash and print some more shares. If we consolidate our position with BP into profitable production before making any move to open Manaila that's a different thing altogether, but AP has the attention span of a goldfish and needs to have a reason to justify placings into 2021, I think we now see what that excuse will be, oh and the mythical diamonds obviously.

He really is just taking the P*** now.

So we can spend another 5 years, on care and maintenance, costing us de-watering charges on a monthly basis, AP is a crazy man !

My concern is how much he will need to raise to get us to the fabled level 19 jam, I think he can blow every penny we make, because it doesn't have a negative to him, any investment in BP by vast makes his AP Mining 20% worth more and more, I can see good news just getting washed away with his unplanned / un-costed expansions. We need a period of consolidation when we actually do get money coming in, before he goes running off again chasing easier Copper or Diamonds, not sure we will get it though, What ever we do we still have AP mining hovering over us sucking the life out

First we have production by ...., but he meant Underground production, Then we have "Expected to be delivered in October", now we have "First Port Delivery.."

Yes, we can expect another placing before the end of the year, how else will AP buy his crimbo presents.

I’m interested if you think we would be in the same position , if AP had come to the market with a plan that needed a £10m cash raise to see BP into production , compared to the constant rounds of promising and raising again and again? its this approach that has lost market trust in VAST, not the fact they needed the cash but the way AP has gone about it, Hopefully we will move forward, but i worry we will see another placing within weeks, even worse we could see a consolidation and we go around the wheel again.

@Sarahlamb1, Do you think IAG’s recent single placing to get the company through a global pandemic that couldn’t have been predicted, is the same as the continual placing VAST do to keep the lights on?

Because we all know AP is a liability, you cant trust a word he says, I’ve lost track of how many times my shares have been diluted, he can’t plan , cant budget, fully expect a another placing announcement next week, just to see us through to tomorrow’s jam.

It appears that MHRA approval could be being blocked by the government for the reasons discussed previously, but they make no attempt to block other suppliers delivering into the UK, no level playing field with this government.
