Check the surescreen website, both antigen and antibody tests are CE marked and approved for professional use only, Antibody approval no different for ODX, antigen approval we expect very soon, this thread is adding nothing that hasnt been covered before

@takingiteasy: MOU with Mologic signed in November, and Global Access diagnostics achieve CE mark Christmas eve, lets say with greater support from Mologic GAD took two weeks to go from design freeze to CE mark which is a push , we however have only news on our team standing by for tech transfer, not even confirmation the process has started.

5% of 66M population tested every 12 weeks =275k per week, but ODX will only manufacture 25% of the consortium tests so less the 50k a week demand , even if they do actually commit to this program of testing, which they haven’t yet

@SurreyLad : we just dont seem able to generate sales, A diagnostics company with a 29% drop in revenue during the biggest increase in diagnostics demand in a hundred years, has to look at itself with a degree of criticism.

Will 2021 be different, i hope so, but in my opinion CK has little drive to take advantage of urgent demand, and is content with his CD4 / food tolerance plans for then next couple of years, Lack of MHRA approval for uk-rtc test was always on the cards, slow tech transfer of the Mologic antigen test likely to mean no UK government market

The lack of urgency clearly demonstrated by the Christmas close down of the company when the world is falling apart

Without MHRA approval for home use we dont have the staff to run an antibody test programme as well as the vaccine
