We are 13 years since formation and 8 years since the infamous AA. We have a PT Chairman and a Finance Director who seems to have hit a career crisis if his bio is anything to go by. I quote "..................playing key roles in the rapid growth of these groups, including extensive merger and acquisition activity" His time with Provexis during which he has presided over the decimation of Shareholder value will be a major blip in his CV but, as you have said, his job is to look after the IP and make the tea so he's exceptionally well-paid don't you think? We were presented with a threatening fait accompli a few years back when we were told that if we didn't agree to the demerger we would be diluted to hell and that funds might not be available to continue the business as a going concern. This was by a guy who'd previously bailed at 7p! New products are rare and niche and a major has yet to appear AFTER NEARLY 8 YEARS!! I don't know what personal feud you have with HF.That's of no interest to me. I simply agree with his take on Provexis. How anyone can put a positive spin on the current state of play is beyond me. I have real and genuine concerns for the future of OUR company, which due to my apathy and others, has been run into the ground by incompetents.
