Kievsky, I'm not a bitter man, I'm an angry and bitter man.

In the past year or so I've finally realised that DSM & PXS have shafted the shareholders. We've been strung along FOR NINE YEARS but I will desist from using more inflammatory words on a public forum. I have nothing but contempt for the BOD.

Here is an excerpt from the Sep 15 prelims: Most of us know this phrase off by heart.

"An increasing number of further commercial projects have been initiated by DSM with prospective customers, including some prospective customers which are part of global businesses."

Rinse & repeat twice a year. It NEVER HAPPENS.

But, if something does happen and the SP rises, there will be an almighty stampede for the door because 99% of us just want to get our money back. It will be almost impossible to sell because no one will want to buy.

Buying Provexis shares was the worse financial decision I ever made and it's cost me dear. It's my own fault but I hold a few people responsible for the current situation. One, of course, jumped ship years ago with a pocket full of my cash..

No, it's finished and heading for delisting IMO.

The product works but DSM & PXS have totally failed stakeholders. The wrong people are involved and soon more money will be needed and 2 billion shares will be in issue.

A total disaster.

Someone doesn't share the wheelie/alfie view and has sold 5 mil at 0.004p.

I think Provexis have given up on the "major" end-user and now intend to sell FF+ to cover the BOD's wages. Let's hope they can find enough raw material to satisfy demand!

Can you let us know how the Company will find the money to raise production to the sort of levels you seem to think are likely? They just don't have the resources and you continue to live in a fantasy world.

Alf has had my post removed so it's a one-sided debate anyway.For the record I think the H&B launch will be delayed.The Chinese launch will never happen and there will be a fund raising exercise before the year end.I predict two billion shares in issue. Goodness,what's not to like!

Funny the greatest polluters on earth don't seem to share some people's enthusiasm.

Perhaps the optimists led by Alf and Wheelds will note that we will soon be back to pre-H&B "excitement" levels.

Slightly misleading Bits. That was Sirco 1 Litre juice in both places.

It was withdrawn from H&B due to taking up too much shelf space and from Sainsbury's due to issues between Multiple Marketing and the Sainsbury's rep.

I just hope this launch doesn't turn out to be another Tesco fiasco and it needs to appear in August as planned.

Given the history of this company, I think it is very possible that the launch will be delayed but at least it will be another thing to add into the cut &paste in December.

With nearly 1.9 Bn shares in issue, I wonder if the boy Ford is thinking of a consolidation to make his next round of fund raising slightly more attractive? We existing holders will, of course, be shafted as I've never yet seen a consolidation which has benefited LTH's. The situation is so serious I do wonder whether it would be better just to update the market and let us know the worse.

pumpky, Alf's right about the Independent Body. They did scrutinise the 2010 AA and deemed it to be fair although we were never told who they were and what brief they had. Hopefully, they were fully independent of the remuneration committee!!
