"Fair comment valju....tried to buy a top up this morning, but couldn't....could have been a blip my end though.... interestingly enough though we have had more sells than buys over the past couple of days and the SP has held above 2p....so someone is after those shares and I guess will be paying over 2p.. currently though 2p appears to be the base line...and hopefully a launch pad following good news....fingers crossed. It's strange how this persona of reasonableness and civility falls away quite rapidly when anyone gets near the truth about you Cap'n.

I wish I had the knowledge and money to short a stock. I wouldn't know how to start and I don't pretend to be anything else than a generally unlucky PI punter but I'm not reduced to writing to my local MP pleading poverty as you once did!

Captain, why do you post stuff like this when you haven't got a clue what you're talking about? It's irresponsible ramping and you know it.

Along the way we hear genuine stories about victims of cancer and how worthwhile it all is but if we're honest it would have been better to donate our initial stake direct to an appropriate charity rather than line the pockets of a small group of people who have done very well at our expense and have decimated shareholder value.

But that's not how it works is it? 99.9% of "investors" here were hoping to make a mint and have very little interest in how that is achieved. At the moment, any chance of long-termers getting their money back looks very remote indeed.This is AIM at its most unforgiving.

So why didn't they time it so that they could put some skin into this heap?

Probably because they don't want to risk any of their own "hard-earned" cash!

This is pretty typical of AIM where many BOD's use it as a guaranteed pension fund.

Absolutely shocking but expected.This is probably one of the worse Companies on AIM.

He probably has a legal obligation to inform Companies House if he is now non-res but as he seems to have gone to ground and is not replying to emails it's hard to tell where he is.

I was just looking back over the news releases by the Company and obviously it didn't take me long!

This was announced on 6 April 2017:

"The Company is also pleased to confirm separately that Provexis and its Alliance partner for Fruitflow®, DSM Nutritional Products ("DSM"), are working with BY-HEALTH to support the planned launch of some Fruitflow® based products in the Chinese market, with the first launch envisaged in the second half of 2017."

I note the word "envisaged" but the lack of any update is very poor governance IMO. They are at least 9 months behind and it begs the question as to whether the deal has fallen through.

I have already asked IF about his Residency Status but I have received no response.I will try again and ask him why there has been no update on the Chinese deal.

What is needed is a food/drink end user who will add FF to a major product.
