I didn't know the options expired a week or so ago as I was just looking at the circular dated 29 Dec 2017 which simply says August 2018.

You could be right about further options as Messrs Buck & Ford are on the remuneration committee. I would like to think that we shareholders could thwart any such brazen and totally unwarranted greed.

According to the circular dated 29 Dec, Buck was awarded 10 million options which expired in August 2018.There are now 138 million options now outstanding to various people involved in the fiasco.

The SP is static because there is nothing to drive it forwards.

The 20 million (yes TWENTY MILLION) options due to be granted to Messrs Buck & Ford have today lapsed as the exercise price of 0.593 pence was not achieved.

This makes a total of 41,117,620 options which have lapsed today.

Provexis will never ever report anything which provides shareholders with information about any progress.They never have because they hide behind a secrecy agreement signed 8 years ago.

I can't name the poster who is very sensitive but rather pathetic that we have to read stuff like this yet views which point out the very real issues with this company are removed by persons unknown.

The launch of Fruitflow + in H&B will make zero difference to the SP and I hope it remains at current pathetic levels until this month is cleared.
