It is difficult to imagine a worse situation sans Ford & Buck. Consider this: They have presided over a gradual but relentless fall in the SP. They appear to have no tricks up their collective sleeves. They consistently fail to deliver anything on time. They cannot afford to replace the DSM rep.They have nothing to report worthwhile so no trading update. They are running out of cash (probably) Further fundraising will result in a huge number of issued shares probably greater than 2 billion. They buy no shares themselves.They do not communicate at all. Wake up and smell the coffee for goodness sake!

I think those two were given some freeby options a while back.I very much doubt whether they have a penny invested here.For such brilliant scientists, their impact on their peer group seems very modest.

Alf, you've an annoying habit of equating clinical depression with a pessimistic view of Provexis although it is true to say that any holder of shares in this Company is fully entitled to feel let down and frustrated. I would like to remind you that my outlook on life does not reflect the fact that we are all very likely to lose our investment here due to the poor BOD and the inertia of DSM. Forget Kennedy et al, they are scientists and don't give a toss about us. Same goes for all the other hangers on "promoting" Fruitflow because, as far as I can tell, the message hasn't got through to their peers.

Pickle. It's game over. No major user, no news on Chinese products, niche pathetic products and money running out. And my Fruitflow + tablets stink of old age. I'm prepared for a total loss on this one.

I agree. It's a viable business moving forward. At some stage all the legal problems will have been resolved. The BOD have dug in to their own pockets to the tune of �950k and that's unusual for AIM!

A bad time to bail IMO. As I said recently, the SP has possibly reached a low point and should firm up from now. What you've done is similar to a prisoner serving 10 years who escapes with a month left of the sentence.

Because most of us are here to try and land that big one in this lottery wild west show known as AIM. The downside to that is we have BOD's who may be scientists etc etc but who would probably have difficulty in setting up a profitable Whelk Stall. The rewards of being a CEO on AIM are out of all proportion to the return given to Stakeholders but, sometimes those planets really do line up and we all win. I know of only one CEO on my AIM holdings from whom I would buy a second hand car and that is the CEO of AMC.

Remember, no disagreement or negative views are/were allowed. I was banned for expressing my displeasure with incessant unfounded ramping.The get rich quick brigade, the hangers on and the simply dim were shown to be wrong. However,now that the funding debacle is over, a major holder is showing support and the SP seems to have reached a nadir, I'm feeling more optimistic of some improvement from here on.

My remaining holding is held at a loss.I think I will need to get 2 or 3p on my current holding to recoup my losses.Sorry if all that is too complicated for you. The demerger was an absolute disgrace and a vanity project for an attention seeker.It was presented as a binary option:Approve it or the PXS business was over.He knew then that he had to find a way out for himself and he must give thanks everyday for the suckers' who gave him that opportunity.

I reckon a vast proportion of the Shareholder base are poised to get out of this heap asap. I haven't a clue what sort of averages are held. I think mine's about 2p. I sold half my holding @ 00475p a few months back.. I wish I'd traded this more often but I'm much more savvy re AIM than I was 7/8 years ago. The slightest hint of a spike and there will be frenetic selling. Timing will be critical.I think there is genuine dislike of this company and the appalling litany of missed or botched opportunities.IMO.

I can't prove it but I assure you that your assessment of me is completely wrong. Unless this Company can put the funding issue to bed once and for all there will be no serious buyers and the SP will fall on dilution. Just IMO and I hope I'm wrong.
