Alf, the comments are completely irrelevant to PXS. I don't know what made you take the time to research them! There is insufficient interest to lead MM's into trying to make a market here. We are not being "played". We are so far of the radar as to be invisible! Can't be a*sed to do a dummy trade but I bet it would impossible to shift any quantity. Let's face it Alf, we'll be lucky to get our money back.

Alf, there is insufficient current income or medium term income to support the admin costs of the Company. It's jam tomorrow as it has been for years. It's a certainty that more money will be needed this year to pay the BOD salaries. New products appear to have flatlined. No globals seem to be interested. The provan benefits of Fruitflow are not currently translating into sales. I fail to see why you remain so bullish in the face of the FACTS. I sincerely hope that I am wrong as I still have a holding.

Tooldoctor,as the Chinese say,a fish rots from the head down. I am fully aware of the arrangement whereby DSM are responsible for gaining new business but our only point of contact is with the BOD who have a duty to we Shareholders who actually own the Company. Perhaps a change of management might result in a kick up the backside for a lack of performance by the DSM salesforce. Thanks,but I am thinking straight,perhaps for the first time with PXS. Will you be contacting IF with your concerns?

Alf, I watched the rise and fall of the Range Resources Action Group. In the end, well organised as it was,no difference was made to the eventual outcome as the problems were so deep rooted. I don't think the will exists here for any such similar action.The RRL board was active and dynamic and the PXS boards are certainly not that! The attendance at AGM's has been so poor as to let the BOD do what they like. I admit, I've never attended and I have no excuse except for what would be a fairly long return journey and bored complacency. I think that many Shareholders just hope and pray that they will get some of their money back one day. I don't think many people honestly believe that this is a good company. It's a poor company which happens to have an excellent product which is in the wrong hands of both Provexis and DSM. I hope anyone else who shares my frustration will contact IF by phone or email.

tooldoctor. At present, Provexis exists to pay its staff. There is no money left over for any other cost and that's why they have to raise money for working capital and dilute the SP. At this rate there will be 2BN shares in issue by the end of this year. For the Y/E 31/03/2017 revenue was �228k. Total staff & consultants emoluments were �264k of which �172k was paid to the Directors.I don't know why you think DSM chip in with the wages bill. Any comments?

Kievsky, can i be bold enough to suggest that there are two main niggles which unite many of us? Firstly, the high remuneration package for running a shell company out of all propoertion to it's income and secondly the oft repeated statement which has appeared more or less word for word in the accounts from 4/9/15 to the latest figures 29/12/17. Most of us know it off by heart but here it is "An increasing number of further commercial projects have been initiated by DSM with prospective customers including some prospective customers which are part of global businesses" So this has been written in the last six reports and probably further back before the demerger. In the circumstances, I think it's safe to assume that it is meaningless drivel and that such talks are stalled. If so, why are we not informed?i What if we put this question en-masse to IF? Individually, we are only likely to get one of his stock responses.Does anyone know how this could be done? I'm going to copy & paste this on to the blue channel.

Sp overdone? It spent most of 2016 at approx 0.033/ 0.044p until jumping to 0.123p in Nov 2016. It then quickly lost ground falling through most of 2017 to end the year at 0.050p. It now stands at 0.043p.I call that a bloody disgrace. Provexis and the boffins can talk the talk and produce reports but until we start selling the stuff on a serious basis no body is going to put any money in a loss-making company, badly led and with a very uncertain future. My biggest mistake?. Not selling up and running away when we peaked at 1.23p in Nov 2016. Look at the interims again without the rose-tinted ones on!

Alf,clever metaphors don't mean a lot when the closing mid SP is the lowest since Oct 2016. There is nothing which would attract a new investor to this share.

I agree there are things happening but they're not producing the income we need. We aren't going to make much money from roughly 50 niche products or our in-house product and this is made worse by the likely expense in 2018. Unless and until we are selling like Benecol or Danone, we are simply existing to pay for the BOD to take disproportional remuneration. I wish DSM would buy the IP and put an end to the gravy train. Talking of oxymorons, how about "Living Dead" as an apt reflection of the BOD.(IMO)

Alf, you have to ask yourself, could things be much worse than they are at present? Personally, I don't think so. It's all talk and reports but no meaningful sales. Fruitflow seems to be in niche products from obscure outlets. I do think your continued optimism is looking a bit tired after all these years.

Alf, this is about the state of the Company, not personal issues. Aren't you concerned about the management and direction of the Company?

Hopefully the involvement is a good thing for the very long term but what happens in the shorter term? We pay a contribution for the development this year which may or may not lead to a product. We then have to wait for revenue. In the meantime we have the excessive remuneration packages to pay out of revenue which has flat lined.So a perfect storm of flat revenue, increased costs and a useless BOD who have strongly indicated that more funds will be needed to keep the business going. We could be up to 2 Billion shares in the next couple of years so then we will be consolidated and that never benefits the shareholders.All the benefits of Fruitflow as shown by the trials mean Jack Sh** if nobody is buying the stuff. IMO, this is prolonging a Company so that certain people can keep extremely generous packages. PS, where is the elusive global business.

kievsky, I put a strong sell to reflect my own sale on which I've taken a hit. I've put the money somewhere else ATM as I can't see much Pixie action in 2018. I've retained a holding just in case.
