Gross sales have effectively increased from £95k to £124k when the £28k for marketing support is stripped out. The problem is the increase covers about two months pay for Messrs Dawson & Ford. The rate of new end products has slowed and we are now entering a period of more expense as we pay towards the MOU with By -Health and it will be years before any benefits are seen by way of income. There are many encouraging things happening within the Company but I can't see anything providing much in the way of income for some time to come. More money will be needed to pay the excessive remunerations of Laurel & Hardy and we will have more dilution and increasing overheads for years. After 9 years, I've almost given up but I still retain a modest holding and may buy back at some stage. I see nothing to improve the SP ATM.

The flat lining of the income from the "Over 50 Regional Brands etc" is very concerning and they can't even be bothered to tell us exactly how many products there are. There's a fair bit of cut & paste and a great deal of jam tomorrow. Present income doesn't even cover the wages bill so more money will be needed before the elusive breakeven occurs. I can't see much happening here for 12/24 months so I've sold a fair bit of my holding to put it somewhere where the management haven't got their snouts so deeply in the trough.

It is your prerogative not to report your thoughts following the AGM and I can't say I blame you. The fact that you have decided not to add to your holdings indicates to me that you don't anticipate any upward movement in the SP for 12 months. Anyway, at least you went which is more than can be said for 99.9% of shareholders where apathy is king.

The salaries plus the failure of DSM to get a major end-user on board.There has also been a slackening of the niche product uptake. I think we've missed the boat and that's why I set my hopes on eventually getting between 1p and 2p a share which will get me my money back. A super product which has been managed badly and under-marketed by DSM with insufficient penetration in the medical world.

Jas, but does any other share in your portfolio actually benefit your physical health? I don't think anyone would dispute the undoubted health benefits of Fruitflow consumption in whatever form takes your fancy. At the present time, I tend to agree with your overall analysis of the company. It's been a disaster mitigated only by the good health properties of the product.I hope it will continue to be available for the foreseeable future. I'm hoping for a buy out from DSM so that we can say good riddance to Ian Ford and Dawson Buck.

You have to look closely to see how many capsules are in the pack and there are no dosage recommendations so a buyer wouldn't know how many to buy! Sloppy. Have emailed IF.

Agreed, that is very likely as he was in the habit of going "hammer & tongs" at his exercise regime and his body had given him some prior warnings of a problem. It seem that he was a victim of a response to extreme exercise which the brain can only interpret as a threat so increases the clotting response by the flight or flight response.

Like many others, I'm weighing up whether to put more money in by way of the excess allotment. I'm a bit surprised as to why the SP hasn't moved down towards 0.11 or the equivalent of 11p after consolidation which itself is quite a discount from the closing price before suspension. My experience of consolidations is that they usually mean an overall drop in value. Any expert opinions would be appreciated.

Moneymaker, I'm thinking of changing my handle to "Moneyloser"! I sold out of SIS far too early (in hindsight) and put most of the proceeds back into PXS at a higher price than now. My bad timing has cost me a few grand. I just didn't foresee the generally continuous rise of SiS since de-merger. Good luck to those who resisted an early easy profit. If you can spare a few bob, we need you over at the Mother ship currently stuck at a penny! O/T I also didn't sell out of SXX at 30p. I admit, I'm absolute carp at timing buys and sells!

I should just say that I think SiS is a super investment and if my holding in SXX hadn't taken a turn for the worst I would have used that money to top up in PXS and left my holding in SiS untouched. I just think that putting the money in PXS might just give me a better return eventually. Probably made the wrong decision but WTFDIK! GL.
