My earlier post has been taken down in which I suggested this share would hit 1p soon due to lack of sentiment and lack of faith in the Board.

If comments like that are now considered unsuitable by the premiums, then that is the end of debate on LSE.

The only things I can think of is his remuneration package and his surfboard!

Wheelds, you've been ramping and praising this share for ages and then you post "why the share fall?" Don't you do any research before you chuck your money down the drain?

You could say "why is the SP as high as it is? "Why has NO ONE had a word to say about the AGM?"

1) Company doesn't make enough money to pay the wage bill and more fund raising is a certainty.
2) No major end user is interested in the product.
3) More expense with the By Health arrangement with any income years away.
4) Fruitflow + sold in outlets all competing against each other in a race to the bottom on price.
5) Momentum lost because of poor management here and elsewhere.

I look forward to some kind of buyout which will be better than this death by a thousand cuts.This is a superb product which probably saves lives but it has ended up in the hands of incompetents IMHO.

If you must buy more shares, wait for the inevitable drop.

Everybody knows that nothing market sensitive can be revealed at an AGM so it is disappointing but not surprising that no one has commented on body language etc. Did IF have a nice tan and talk about his surfing skills? From what I have read so far, I have no reason to change my view that it will be a cold day in hell before this pile makes any money. In the meantime the BOD can get back to what they do best. Nothing.

Any post can be reported but there are certain posters who have the "ear" of the administrators. Obviously, being a premium member is going to get you heard more than a pleb like me.

Possibly because there's nothing to say. There are no trades, there is no news and probably nothing on the horizon.

Re the RNS and I assume you're referring to the prelims? I see a Company struggling to survive paying its BOD far too much money and placing too much reliance on one single product which will compete among its suppliers for a static group of users.I see some hope with China but not until more cash has been raised.I also think a delisting is a possibility to a group of wealthy individuals who will take the Company private. I also think that many of us will lose our money.

In general, AIM companies with no money usually go bust whatever the quality of the product.

Well, in theory all they would have been told is what has been published by RNS and in the accounts.

Anything else would be illegal.

It makes one wonder why a sophisticated investor would put money here when there are probably better opportunities elsewhere. If it's China, any returns from there are a long way ahead.The rest is corner shop stuff.

In fairness, all stocks have taken an almighty bash this week.

Despite some savvy HNWI's, I don't have much confidence for the future with Provexis and perhaps some of these placees have other plans in mind!

If this is the Stuart Lucas I think it is, I regard his involvement as a very positive step.I can't find any previous holding notifications so it looks as if he has been one of the recent placees and previously held under 3%.

Notice how the mention of "driving value" was mentioned for three of the years. What I didn't realise is that it meant driving value down which has been the outstanding success story of the Company.

He loves the word "positive" doesn't he?

I repeat again, for the hard of thinking, that I am not a shorter. I wouldn't know where to start and I don't have the funds or knowledge.

I'm a relatively unsophisticated PI who has retained half my holding to see this through until the end one way or the other. I may trade on any spike but my position is as simple as that.

I am disgusted with the performance of this Company and I hold the BOD & DSM responsible for missing the boat a few years back. They lost the momentum and are useless IMO..

Alf, how can we survive until potential revenue starts coming from China in 2019 or 2020? Success in China is not guaranteed and it is reckless for the Company to be relying on an uncertain revenue stream in the future.

It seem to me that the BOD are hoping for growth from FF+ to pay the wages for the next few years and this is very concerning because I think there will be competition between Provexis and H&B etc especially when there are big savings to be made. I switched yesterday for the same reason as I switched from Circalease to the in house product when it was introduced. FF+ is extremely expensive and vulnerable to consumer fickleness.

What is needed is a whole new raft of users and the elusive global. This is where the BOD and DSM have failed IMO.

I still hope Ian Ford will leave Provexis very soon and make way for a fresh mind. The facts speak for themselves. The BOD have failed IMO.
