Worth refreshing on those details as imo there allay be some answers in there to certain questions that have been posed recently....at least I hope those prove to be the answers.....

So now they have a dedicated CEO/PM for Brazil in addition to recent DevelopmentS Manager appointment....intriguing and even more intriguing that they need a dedicated resource for Brazil rather than falling under remit of the Developments Manager....

I think you'll find I generally reply to provocation from the likes of yourself, who clearly have no interest or belief in the company yet see fit to post here daily. I don't have to defend my investment decisions to you or anybody else and am quite happy to follow my own thought processes about what I do with said investment, without blurting it out on a discussion board day after day.

Well said Bill....the mind boggles really. I suppose the same as here in that the trolls are the most prolific posters/punters and click bait talks. Why would they crack down on their top contributors in terms of site visits, not to mention multiple profiles per troll and the added hits that brings.

Definitely a gap in the market for a more premium site that requires proof of current shareholding etc before being allowed to post on a discussion board.

Interesting twitter posts from Naughty Lion on #Nuog. Have read her posts before and seems pretty clued up. Ties in with Sharelock's alternative take on the Dommo news to what was rammed down our throats on Monday. As another poster mentioned, I have also noted the lack of substantial sells since Monday's doom mongering, suggesting an orchestrated move again. Hopefully all will become clear soon one way or the other.

For once JB has a point. Been a while since I listened to the podcast but don't think Alison mentioned years as a means of setting expectations here, from memory I think it was more to highlight the typical timelines for O&G exploration companies to get into production.

It was a means of highlighting MFDev don't have the same constraints and so aren't confined to those timelines. The question is, will they ever get to prove it in practice or will it remain hypothetical?

Regardless of the business model and technology, the amount of time it's taking to secure a deal works out the same as an exploration company anyway, the only benefits then being much lower overheads an in theory less risk of zero outcome, although they currently seem to be testing that theory to its limits!

That may be true SBP and I'm sure seadog will answer for himself once he's back posting again. Like RogerA, I'm still inclined to believe that there are some genuine characters out there in the ether and something tells me seadog and LT have acted and posted on genuine beliefs and/or information they've received.

At least they are consistent in their posting; you seem to swing about as often as kev's johnson. Take last week for example, in a matter of days you went from some serious slating to allegedly believing that Minty had finally pulled it off....then mysteriously back to capitalising on the blood bath as soon as the Dommo news was released. Can't fault your sector knowledge and, it seems, very well-placed sources....how you use that knowledge and information, on the other hand, remains highly suspect as far as I'm concerned.

Roy, SBP isn't simply pointing out facts, as you well know. He's putting a subtle slant on details he believes others will either have insufficient knowledge, or insufficient information available, to refute. It has been his MO for some time and he presumably does well out of trading off the back of it. Does he sleep well at night? Who knows. As stated, I will be the first to apologise if it turns out he's a good egg, but posting to date suggests an ever-changing agenda., imo.

It would indeed be helpful to have seadog's input again, but he has chosen to take a break this week and that's his prerogative.
