This is an excellent find! Very positive that a single FI is willing to put such a significant portion of the total debt into this. Hopefully there are several late to the party who will miss out and be drooling to get into the next set of projects once Villets has FID secured.

Completely agreed on the valuation. This should be about 60p minimum. When FID gets announced in a few months time I think this is going to take off. My own price target is £1 to begin with and then further appreciation in 2026 once other projects progress

I totally agree and sympathise with your frustrations, Daventry. This project has been delayed and delayed but I try and remind myself this is the first of its kind and it was always going to be a difficult one to get over the line.

Re the EPC, I don’t think they ever presented it as being ‘complete’. Everything in the project until now has been an agreement in principle and signature can only really take place once the funding is fully agreed and secured.

Let’s give it a few more months at least. I reckon by end of July this share price will be up above 70 and reflective of ATOME’s share of the project. Upward growth above £1 when the other projects start to progress

Hi all - I’ve only just discovered this LSE forum so am delighted to find like minded investors in ATOME . I’m holding about 66k shares and have been building and building my investment over the past few months as the share price keeps falling and is way below what I perceive to be the true value of ATOME.

With that said, one thing that makes me super nervous is their recent investor presentation where Olivier reiterated the investment option on pari passu terms and discussed (at fair length) ATOME’s approach to past equity raises. This made me feel that it is quite likely ATOME will attempt to participate themselves in the equity club and they are planting the seeds for it.

However, surely it is not an efficient option for them right now with the SP on the floor at 35-40p. They would have to raise an outrageous number of shares to even get £10-15m (only 10% of Hy24’s share) and this would cause serious shareholder dilution.

What is everyone else’s thoughts? Should I sell some of my shares now and potentially reinvest after the equity club is announced and we know for sure if ATOME are participating?
