I'm very pleased to see the SP trending back towards the 50p level. I have been invested in this one for about 12 months and strongly believe it has long-term potential. Once they get the Stereax revenues rolling in and Goliath prototypes into partners' hands for evaluation and testing, this thing will only head in one direction. 2026 looks poised to be a very good year indeed.

Was fully expecting an announcement this morning ahead of tonight’s presentation confirming that the definitive Yara offtake has been signed. Was hoping there would be an update on the equity club completion also.

I will reserve judgement until we see what Olivier has to say at tonight’s Proactive presentation, but I’m starting to lose all faith in this company’s management to deliver.

Why continually promise deadlines to investors when you fail to meet them time and time again?

Wouldn’t be surprised to see the SP start dropping heavily again once the remainder of the market also loses faith.

I have every expectation that Olivier is going to turn up to this presentation announced for next week with a signed Yara offtake agreement. I also expect an announcement regarding the either final or near-final equity club formation. Both of these were advised to be completed by end June and there has been nothing to suggest this is going to be missed.

I will be enormously disappointed in this company and its management if they miss yet another deadline. They are on the verge of losing all credibility if they fail to deliver yet again.

Just bought 3,476,087 shares @ 0.23 - should see it come through on the trades below shortly. I was in this months ago at 0.10 but sold out as I got impatient. What a bad decision that was!!

What is everyone’s prediction for the SP when they announce FID (targeted before end Q2)? I’m not referring to the full financial close which was suggested to be delayed until end September

My prediction ... Yara offtake agreement has just been signed and there's an RNS coming on Monday. We've had almost no volume for the whole of this week and then it's blown up today.

Are they resurfacing all the positive ESG credentials so they’re top of the social media sites just before they announce some positive news? Maybe I’m being a little too optimistic but I am confident a final signed Yara offtake agreement is going to be announced in the next week or two.

Slightly disappointing end to the week after that strong upwards run. If ATOME management can get Yara’s ink on that final contact and confirm the equity club is fully funded, this is going to boom far more than what we’ve enjoyed this week.

Have a look at it now! Looks like 3 massive trades on Friday have just shown up now. 275k shares in total and judging by the prices they were buys and not sells. Does someone know something we don’t?

Olivier certainly talks a great game and it’s reassuring to hear the Yara offtake and equity club formation are in their final stages, but we really do need to see delivery of these now. Words are one thing but action and delivery is what us shareholders really need to see now.

PL’s comments about the 50p SP being the ‘minimum’ worries me. The value of the company’s free carry is $60m (£45m) and their current market cap is £18.5m. That means the SP should be more like 75-90p as a minimum, and more once the FID and full finance close is announced as you can then start to quantify EBITDA and future revenue into the mix. Why are they only offering this at 50p? Does that demonstrate low confidence in FID actually happening? I don’t have sleep apnea like PL does but they’re certainly keeping me awake at night and that sales pitch interview hasn’t done anything to settle me.

A 4% dilution for achieving absolutely nothing besides a signed EPC contract that means squit all unless FID is achieved. The one thing they need to do and continually fail to close.

I’m giving these cowboys until July to have a signed offtake agreement and progress on the equity club otherwise they’ve lost my support.

Wow good going Lord. That’s a great holding %. Is your average quite high or has much of your holding been purchased at the recent lows? I want to see this beyond £1 by the end of this year.

Call me cynical but could ATOME Power have been a feeble plan by management to try and boost the SP whilst equity club discussions are ongoing? Olivier suggested that ATOME may look to participate but they could only efficiently do that if they could raise equity at an efficient level. Perhaps that’s why they’re being slow on FID because they want to participate themselves and the SP is preventing them??

Ouch Kennedy!!! I am at about 91k shares with an average of around £0.42 so only a marginal loss (for now). You must be reeling every time you see another delay announced.

I agree with you that we will all be laughing in a few years time once this is past FID and other projects progress. The only thing I’m weary of is any big dilutive raises in future.
