Yes I think you are right kennedy2324 - I also agree that we are probably days / weeks away. My understanding is that a fully funded equity club is a key requirement for the debt package, so I would imagine that must come first in the sequencing. Olivier did mention (AGES) ago in the Proactive One2One investor presentation that the equity providers were already identified and would be announced 'in the coming weeks' ... and that was back in July. So I would hope an announcement on this would come either this week or next week!

Great find 2phevs! A very similar interview to the one Olivier did with Proactive, but did I hear him say in this one 'at the moment these are all signed off' when talking about the debt and equity agreements? Maybe that was a poor choice of words or perhaps everything is actually signed off internally, they just need to stitch a few things together before they can formally announce it.

I'm getting more and more excited by the day for the FID to be announced. I've been actively watching and invested in this company for a long time now and it's well overdue the recognition it deserves.

I would image that the senior debt syndicate will be a combination of the main names (EIB and GCF confirmed, IDB Invest, IFC, FMO all still waiting for Board approvals) and don't believe one of them would fund the full whack on their own.

The bigger question for me is who will provide the remaining equity (still about $100-130m to find in addition to Hy24's contribution). My sincere hope is that ATOME don't look to do an equity raise to participate in the equity club themselves - with the SP so low, this would be hugely dilutive and not in the interests of existing shareholders at all.

I wonder if any of the debt providers will also provide some equity, or perhaps even Yara themselves (skin in the game and all that). I have noticed that an investment professional from Impact Fund Denmark has been very active in reacting to ATOME's social media posts. I did some research on them and they tend to only invest small ($10-50m) amounts, so don't think they'll be a big participant, but wouldn't be surprised to see their name in the club.

From what I can tell, Martin Duhart is the main man from IDB Invest. He likes a lot of posts related to ATOME and Olivier. The only question for me is WHO will win this race to the debt package? This is supposedly 5x oversubscribed so you’d expect ATOME to be negotiating VERY favourable terms on the interest.

Just noticed that IDB Invest's website has been updated over the weekend to show a proposed Financing Amount of USD $210,000,000. For background, IDB Invest initially announced a USD$200,000,000 package, which was then subsequently reduced to USD$125,000,000 over the summer (proof here: https://web.archive.org/web/20250516205340/https://idbinvest.org/en/projects/atome-first-green-hydrogen-fertilizer-export-project-paraguay). This is absolutely HUGE news and shows just how keen the senior debt institutions are to get a slice of this cake now that the definitive Yara offtake has been signed.

An absolute STEAL at the current share price. The market is well and truly bonkers.

Still can’t believe this thing it sitting around 60p. Tempted to buy another 100,000 shares because this thing is going to pop when the big institutions realised what a gem they’ve missed.

20% free carry worth at least $60m (£44m). ATOME's market cap at the current SP is £31m so it's undervalued by about 30% and that's before you even start to consider ATOME Power, Paraguay Project 2, Costa Rica....

The market's valuation of this company is BONKERS.

LesBoy - this doesn't necessarily mean ATOME raising funds. This almost certainly relates to fundraising for the equity and debt components; both of which are still being negotiated. Olivier said in the Proactive One2One forum in the summer that the equity club participants had already been identified, so they are likely just finalising the equity agreements before announcing to the market. Debt component is 5x oversubscribed so I suspect that the debt will be more than 60% of the total project costs, as originally envisaged.

Bill3 - just wait until early next week. I suspect there are many large buys from the institutions that won't show until either later today or next week. Once those start flowing through, this thing will be on an upwards ride. It was 65p a few months ago when they didn't even have a definitive offtake agreement - this agreement is quite possibly the single biggest de-risker of FID getting over the line. The SP will come to its senses shortly ...

This should do way more than that this time. Remember it’s a Friday and retail market only just opened. Expect to see this in that region by next week at the latest!

Major re rate coming on this. SP should soar to at least 80-90p in my opinion.

Just stocked up on another 16k shares. Managed to get a quote for 49.9p which seemed very good compared to the 55p buys going through on smaller orders.

Fingers crossed that news flow comes soon!!

As frustrating as it is to see the SP red and trending down, we need to remember that the company highlighted 'significant newsflow' throughout September and specifically referenced announcements on the Yara offtake and equity club composition. I know they've missed MANY deadlines before, but surely you don't announce those things as happening in September (on 31 August) and then not deliver them? I think in a few weeks time this will be re-rated and we could see it soaring beyond £1.

I feel sorry for the people who are selling and in a few days or weeks will seriously regret it. Big news coming with loan repayment, BTC and TAO purchases, and the ‘earth moving’ developments at Alludium all expected

That's an impressive holding! I'm a little over 100k now as I've kept accumulating in the dips. I'm hopeful that we'll both be very pleased and going on some nice holidays in the next few months!
