Hi kennedy - I'm so sorry that I missed your question. Unfortunately, I've not seen any publishing of the call. Olivier also mentioned that the slides he presented were on the website, but the latest presentation section still shows an earlier version from the spring. It's a little frustrating that they haven't published either of these, because it was a good call and the updated slides were helpful.

Perhaps they are just so busy finalising the financial engineering!

Side note: the IFC still shows 28 October as the expected Board date. Fingers crossed we get some positive news next week that gives this SP another bump north prior to FID.

I'm starting to get fed up with this forum being saturated with speculative posts that warrant a tin foil cap. HERE ARE THE FACTS:

As an AIM-listed company, WSBN must comply with both:

(1) the Market Abuse Regulation (UK version) – Article 17 requires an issuer to “inform the public as soon as possible of inside information which directly concerns that issuer”.

and (2) AIM Rules for Companies – in particular AIM Rule 11 demands notification “without delay” of any new development which is not public knowledge and which would be likely to lead to a significant movement in the price of its AIM securities.

In summary, WISHBONE GOLD ARE NOT HOLDING ON TO ASSAY RESULTS - GOOD OR BAD. This would constitute a breach of market rules.

As frustrating as the delays are, they are not reason for everyone to start blind panicking and jumping to the conclusion that the results are poor and haven't found anything. As soon as they are received, we will know.

It’s so frustrating to keep seeing wild posts predicting an intra-day RNS , or predicting stupid price targets pulled out of thin air. That noise helps no one and undermines serious discussion.

Here’s where we actually stand:

(1) Hole 1 drilling is complete and assay results are imminent. These results will be the first real indication of what we’re dealing with ... a potential Tier 1 discovery or not.

(2) Wishbone is actively drilling further holes, which is essential REGARDLESS of Hole 1’s outcome. One hole doesn’t define a project and the posters on here suggesting they're only drilling new holes because the results from Hole 1 are poor are talking ABSOLUTE NONSENSE.

(3) We’re in the critical window now. Within the next week or two, we’ll likely have a much clearer picture of the potential here – and whether we’re sitting on a serious prospect or not.

(4) Speculation about intra-day RNS drops or fantasy-level share price predictions adds zero value. It creates unrealistic expectations and distracts from the real investment case.

Patience is required. Exploration takes time, and meaningful updates come when the data is ready, not when forum hype demands it.

We’re either on the edge of something big, or we’ve backed the wrong horse – but we won’t know until the results are in. Let’s stay focused on what we do know, and assess based on facts, not fantasies.

This is a simple case of weak hands and the day traders who arrived yesterday wetting their beds and asking mummy to come and change the sheets.

We had a very positive interview yesterday and a positive RNS update this morning showing strong progress on drilling and plans to continue the exploration. £5.7m in the bank to fund all this work so there is minimal risk of further funding and dilution in the near - term.

Yes, it is frustrating that we don’t have assay results yet to confirm the existence of gold, but nothing announced yesterday or today suggests there ISNT gold.

People just need to be patient and hold out until those assay results confirm what we (the LTH sensible holders) all suspect. In the meantime, let’s these bedwetters continue losing on their day trades and ride the waves.

Nice to see this going up as a result of Olivier and Peter presenting on a Curation webcast this afternoon. A good presentation and some helpful answers to questions.

In summary:

- Equity announcement due soon; being held up by some of the big international institutions needing to go to Board

- FID and construction due to take place prior to year-end

- ATOME may do a fundraise at the plc level to get a further stake in the equity club, but a decision is not known yet and will depend at the time (assuming on the SP at the time)

The third bullet worries me, but I hope the overall jump from FID will massively outweigh any dilution effect.

There will definitely be future fund raises LordWM, but I’d expect not until after Villeta FID is announced. Someone asked your question to Olivier at the One2One investor presentation in June / July and he confirmed future raises would be needed to grow the company.

All that said, the SP will hopefully be multiples of what it is now and the level of money needed should presumably be much less as they will have the blueprints from Villeta.

Done some more digging. The ‘Nature of IFC’s investment’ appears to be updated and now references $25million subscription of preferred shares in ATOME Paraguay. This is an EQUITY investment!!!

This could be why there is a hold up. The IFC are now providing debt AND equity, meaning ATOME can’t announce the equity club completion until IFC’s Board has signed off on it.

Afternoon fellow investors - I have spotted that the IFC has updated their website yesterday (14 October) and submitted a new Projected Board Date of 28 October. It seems highly unlikely that the IFC would set a board date within the next 2 weeks if they were not confident it could go ahead, meaning that there must be some sort of announcement on the equity side due before the 28th.

As you will have seen from my many other messages on here, I am highly frustrated with the lack of communication from ATOME and their repeated failure to meet their own communicated timelines; however, in the absence of them telling us anything themselves, hopefully this gives you some hope that the big news is imminent.

I completely agree with everything you have said, Kennedy. I emailed Peter Levine over the summer to express my frustration with management's communication and their inability to meet the deadlines that they themselves kept setting. Peter agreed with me re the importance to be realistic on timelines, yet here we are again in October, with no formal RNS update (or otherwise) regarding the delays to the equity club formation. Like you, I totally understand that these things are challenging and commercially sensitive, but it causes a huge amount of distrust and uncertainty which is why we are now seeing the SP gains erode.

I really hope we hear something from them this week.

I’ll 100% be buying back into OBD because I truly believe in its long term potential but not until they complete the next fundraise and dilution is completed. It’s long overdue if you ask me

HUI is one of the most bizarre companies I’ve ever come across. Their CEO writes RNS updates like they’re Daily Mail articles. All talk and no substance.

Bid price moved up to 75p for at least one MM! Just need those 67p asks to disappear and the SP will be comfortably into the 70s before the weekend

No worries Kennedy! I am very confident that the red days are behind you and that total profit / loss number is only going to be green and growing from here on.

I am very lucky as my weighted average is £0.44. I only got into investing properly last year and I doubled down heavily on this when it sank into the £0.30s in the spring. I was absolutely convinced the market was overreacting to the delays and I was very impressed with Olivier. I am so glad I have held my nerve and been patient with this one.

I've seen a few people on here suggest 5-10x multiples. I personally don't think this is going to do anything like that in the next 12 months, but I do think £1.50-1.75 is a reality. If they can announce some big surprises in the equity club (e.g. Yara taking a stake as well as the offtake) and/or in the debt syndicate (e.g. IDB Invest, IFC, FMO getting into a bit of a bidding war and offering far more commercial repayment terms) then it has the potential to go even higher.

Good luck and looking forward to the next few weeks. I think (hope) we are due an update fairly soon; Investor Relations confirmed to me this week that they maintain the believed FID and construction will both start this year.

Kennedy - I think that was a buy from yesterday (8 Oct) and not today when Olivier was speaking. Nonetheless it’s a hefty buy at 70p showing there’s plenty of appetite to take big stakes at nearly our 52-week high. Hopefully several more weeks of waiting before we are all handsomely rewarded for our patience …
