Wishing everyone a very happy and prosperous 2026. I am looking forward to another year of discussing and sharing info with likeminded investors.

2026 promises great things for us ATOME shareholders. I am hopeful we will get FID wrapped up by end of January and this share price will breach the 100p level where it fully deserves to be.

How much higher it can go ... we will see !!!

Merry Christmas and a HNY to all fellow ATOME investors. 2025 has seen some big milestones for ATOME but unfortunately we'll be waiting a little longer for FID to land.

In any event, this continues to be a solid long-term investment and I hope we all start to see some reward for our patience next year.

Going to add Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners to the list of predicted equity providers.

They fit the bill of a large institution with a strong track record of investing in LatAm.

I still find it quite crazy this reached the high 60s a few months ago and there was far less certainty about Villeta’s viability, yet here we are absolutely nailed on and struggling to get to the mid 50s.

Today’s RNS will do very little and I suspect we’ll just hover around this level until hopefully no later than January when FID gets declared.

Targeting a rerate to about 100-120p once FID is reached.

AParky - I'm all for reasoned and informed debate, but I refuse to interact with someone who has 16 posts (almost all of which are on shares that have featured in the top 5 biggest gainers this past week) that comes onto here and calls this a, and I quote, "turd".

That sort of discussion can get in the bin.

Just take a look at Treys other posts and the equities he comments on. Classic ramping day-trader.

Clearly trying to de-ramp this one so he can buy in at a lower price. Must be upset he didn't catch this one earlier and load up in the 30s and 40s. Shame that ...

Good shout AParky. I think a later date like March is well within reason.

If the Yara investment does come through, that could be huge for ATOME’s market cap. I can’t think of a better signal to the market.

Must be an error as it’s still a 55/51 spread. Will revert back to 53 tomorrow I suspect.

Monday 22nd will be the absolute last chance of any positive RNS pre-end of 2025. And that would assume things being signed this Friday.

I've accepted this isn't going to go anywhere until 2026 now.

I’d seriously hope an announcement as big as FID doesn’t come on a Friday. The market reaction is always more muted on a Friday.

Would be a lovely Christmas present though!

Anyone you would guess to be included in the equity club? SMBC (Sumitomo Mitsui Bank) are another one where I’ve seen some employees reacting to ATOME’s social media posts.

So whilst we are bored awaiting the next bit of news, shall we have a bit of fun and do a sweepstake on the date FID is declared?

My guess is 21 January 2026. A cheeky Wednesday RNS which we know ATOME love.

Bonus points for guessing any of the constituents in the equity club also. Max 2 guesses each. I'm going to go:

1. Impact Fund Denmark (absolutely convinced my LinkedIn stalking will prove me right on on this one)

2. Yara (I'm also convinced they're going to put equity into the club to show 'skin in the game' and get the goodwill with ATOME so they're the preferred partner for the next projects)

Has ATOME updated its Home Page on their website very recently? I can't say I've been on the website much, but it looks like it's had a revamp / rebranding ..

It may well have been like that for months and I've just not noticed.

ATOME have, ragtag. They retweeted the president’s post on X the other day (I’m ashamed to say I have an X account purely to keep an eye on a few companies I’m invested in). It was very low key and not well publicised.

Nothing on LinkedIn which seems to be their best ‘social media’ platform in terms of engagement.

The experts at SP Angel, Longspur, and Stifel all strongly disagree with you. This is a £75-100m market cap at best in the next 12 months.

3rd highest trading volume (350k shares) of the year and we’ve had multiple huge RNSs covering EPC, definitive offtake, multiple $ms of debt approved.

Plus it was a Friday AND there was no RNS.

Something big is brewing …

Actually I supposed it could be referring to the Hy24 agreement, but that’s only ever been suggested as a non-binding Heads of Terms, not an actual agreement.

I’ve had a look through that Curation Connect website which ATOME frequently reference, and I’ve just noticed the following statement in the Executive Summary:

“ ATOME has secured long-term power, site, offtake and now equity funding agreements, de-risking the project significantly through a risk-based infrastructure approach”.

Equity funding agreements?!?! That’s new …

And there we have it. 350k barrier smashed before close and I suspect we’ll see quite a few chunky trades in the 25-50k region reported later this evening.

350k shares traded and a SP movement of 17.2% on a Friday …. Next week is going to be VERY interesting boys and girls.

Yahoo and ADVFN both reporting 340k shares traded (lower on here but I wonder if that's due to delayed buys not being reported yet). If 340k is true, that is the single highest volume traded since 12 September - when the Yara definitive offtake agreement was signed.

Really does beg the question ... has something leaked?
