The misgiving that I have as regards GM fitting DMS as standard is also because I am not aware that they're selling in to the European market now? I may be wrong on that, though they of course sold off the remnants of their Vauxhall/OPAL manufacturing to Peugeot as I recall. I hope to NTSB won't drag their heels and will follow Euro NCAP in recommending DMS is fitted to all cars.

Terry - I'm thinking the super cruise will be an optional extra. Unless they get the price down. It was about $5000 as I recall for the CT6.

Terry - I believe Subaru are something like the 6th or 7th biggest auto company in Japan. As has already been stated on here, SEE aren't big enough to service every auto company but will hopefully win the lions share of the larger companies as customers for DMS.

Investors here have tended to look at Smarteye as our main competitor. But Mitsubushi also appear to be a competitor and are claiming 3 design wins, including the Subara Forrester. Who else should we be keeping an eye on? I won't take notice of that ADAM lot until they start winning contracts, despite that hyperbolic article in the EE Times the other week

I guess we have supercruise appearing in this model in the second half of 2019 then? Not exactly a cheap car and sales appear to run in to the low tens of thousands per annum. I am guessing on previous reports that the tech is optional across the cadillac range during 2020, the rest of GM range post 2020?

I don't know Terry. It sounds similar to our tech but given that this is a 2019 model and we haven't had any news about a Japanese OEM, I'm not getting my hopes up. Regardless, it's more evidence of a major OEM using DMS with eye & head tracking and I think it's a trend that bodes well for SEE as we approach 2019. Moreover, I haven't forgotten Ken stating in that recent video that a fair bit of effort has been spent on cultivating the Japanese auto market!
