You seem to be obsessed with what goes on with the crackpot activists and the media interpretation of the circus around them.
But ignore the main issue, that something needs to be done about addressing climate change - sooner rather than later.
I suggest you listen to David Attenborough he can clarify the issue for you.

I don't accept a can't do culture - we need to set targets for everything in life - without targets nothing will be achieved.

We are not talking about replacing all fossil fuel production - that would be shortsighted - just methodically cutting it back as practically as possible over an extended period, but time is certainly running out. Going forward we need a good mix of all energy sources including fossil fuels if they can be extracted and burnt cleanly as is being proposed in some parts of the North Sea and will hopefully extended to include Kraken and Bressay.

2030 is a good starting point and the Government target of ceasing production of petrol and diesel cars is excellent, especially if batteries can be produced in factories powered by renewables.

There is a lot that can be done - lets get on and do it, rather than just thinking about it.

No one said tackling climate change was easy - it certainly involves making economically and socially damaging decisions.

I think it will be the retailers who cater for the top end of the market and the budget retailers who will fair best over the next 12 months.
M&S shoppers will generally continue to spend although supply chain issues and price hikes for commodities will dent profit.

At the discount end, the retailers with the lowest costs and smallest ranges have an obvious advantage over the big four - Tesco, Sainsbury, Asda and Morrison.

The ideal would be to cut back energy production as much as possible from carbon sources - as the Swedes are doing - by oil is probably always going to be needed for other industrial uses.

North Sea Oil and Gas production should continue to see us over the transition to renewables - that is only common sense, to reduce our dependence from overseas.

In the longer term the oil price will dictate viability for North Sea Oil production, as it will for all global oil production.

But, I repeat - reducing carbon fuel consumption isn't an option its a necessity.

You are totally missing the point Romaron - if the Swedes can do it, so can the UK - especially with our offshore wind power.

They are the trailblazers and the winners, with a tiny current consumption of natural gas - they won't go cold next winter.

It seems that the placing shares have now found sticky hands and that the SP is free to move north.

Its also interesting to note that Sweden won't be issuing any new licences for coal, oil or natural gas extraction after 1st July and will put their faith in renewables.

The SP was certainly stress tested yesterday and held above 4p, suggesting that most investors have confidence in ITX.

It therefore seems likely that the SP will rise on the run up to the next trading update unless the macro takes another turn for the worst.

Any accounts you look at have been skewed by Covid and the current macro problems have only compounded trading problems and led to erratic supply problems.
ITX have done the right thing by building stock but this has clearly come at a cost.
The outlook for this year looks much better with recovery well under way.

As usual when you look back with a growth company the picture doesn't look so good.
However, outlook is good with core customers retained and ordering again this year.

Hopefully over the coming months we will get more info on new customers and applications.
