Considering that the main factor holding back the SP is the level of debt it would seem that paying a dividend and prolonging the high debt agony would be rather counter productive.

I have received a letter from the Share Centre this morning, dated 23rd May, stating that the cash refund for excess shares not allocated will be returned immediately when the money is returned from the registrars - they anticipate this will be within two weeks.

I think it simply comes down to market cap at the moment - this is still low in my opinion at £1,078.73m - it should be closer to £1,500.00m after stage 2 - that would take us into the low 20's.

It seems like the bigger the name/company the worst the service gets - should we be surprised???

We are looking for a hook up next weekend but with the Teekay tanker fleet so slack at this time of the year in good weather we may see some early action like we did for load 37.

Scotman - Qatar backed and funded the wrong side - the Muslim Brotherhood who wanted a single Muslim state in the region - they interfered in other Middle East countries affairs affairs - especially Egypt - this particularly angered Saudi and the Gulf States especially as Qatar is also close to Saudi's arch enemy Iran.

Qatar have now been backed into a corner and are trying to improve relations with their neighbours without loosing face.

The main thing is that we can be sure that they plan to hold the shares for a very long time - that is their stated investment strategy.

Also if they decide to add on the dips that underpins the SP.
