Yes, I thought about that but I think Euroclear take an average through the month so they could have already taken that into account???

Bad news - shorts on Euroclear were up in June to 5.77% from 3.17% in May.

The total for all shorts - including all the smaller holdings not listed on short tracker is 9.51% for June - in May it was listed as 13.11%.

I have noticed that LSE are now listing the trades on the Nex Exchange on SXX.GB.PL

Just looking at the trades on the main exchange doesn't give us the whole picture so having the extra listing is useful - this morning and for most of the day yesterday for example the vast majority of trades were listed as buys.

I think most of the trades are from small investors - some of my trades via The Share Centre have been processed via Nex.

Very low volume this morning - less than 180,000 shares traded in first hour.

Yes - personally I think all the loads are around 550k but there is bound to be a degree of error - the important thing is the regular 11-12 day offload cycle.

SN is speeding towards Kraken at nearly 16knots - just a couple of knots lower than her maximum speed.

A hook up tomorrow afternoon would be 12 days since the last hook up and would give an average of 43.75k on a 525k load or 45.83k on a 550k load.

ETA is late morning on Friday - so a good chance that hook up will be in the afternoon - SN has set off at a healthy 12.5knots.

Stena Natalita is just pulling off the dock in Rotterdam bound for Kraken - no ETA as yet - will update in the morning.

Its very obvious from tanker watching that Sullom Voe isn't nearly as busy as it could or should be.

Over the last two days they have dealt with a tanker per day - I guess this is maximum capacity.

But now their next tanker is at least 2-3 days away and sometimes they only have one or two tankers a week.

Also rather surprisingly Enquest haven't used pier 4 at Sullom Voe for any STS loads this summer - presumably they pay to use Scapa Flo so why not use Sullom Voe instead when possible?

NA is heading for the Norwegian Gullfaks oil field - a lot of destinations come up as not recognised on Marine Traffic because the ships crews use their own notations for the destination.

Next favourite - Amnunsden Spirit - currently moored off Aberdeen - maybe a tanker for forward load already at Scapa Flow - Sea Puma.

I should have checked first - on her way elsewhere.

They simply label it a buy if there are more buys than sells in the auction or visa versa.

Just as we thought Trump was sorting out his differences with the rest of the world on trade we get news of a possible reignition of the trade war between the EU and the US ignited by the Iranian sanctions issue.

The problem is Kraken that before that happens we are likely to see a big spike in shale production as they try to desperately stay afloat by increasing production and with that pipeline opening later in the year that will help the logistics.

Hopefully though it will be final flourish.
