The previous load went to Rotterdam aboard Eco Bel Air after the transfer at Scapa Flo.

Eco Bel Air is now in the outer harbour at Rotterdam transferring some or all of her load to another tanker - Sienna.

HK is still stuck outside Le Havre waiting to unload her previous cargo - she should have been in port last Thursday, the day of the French General Strike when the port was closed, but she still waits, with an expected departure time still at 3am on 10th - so she could still get to Kraken on the 13th and Scapa Flo on 14th. Torill Knutsen is still at Skagen.

The weather is due to improve on Friday 13th, but is still marginal, so it may be Saturday before they can safely hook up - after that it looks OK again.

The SP will only rise substantially on news not plans but it has actually been stable and even started to slowly rise since the 11th November.

I know that doesn't fit you totally defeatist agenda illbetabuck but then as you seem to come across as someone who is shorting SM, so I guess any negative slur goes.

If there is competition to invest in SM from various potential strategic partners then the battle is at least half won - lets hope!!!

Unfortunately, from my experience, the large investors don't loose out in these situations because they are given the chance to average down when new equity is issued - the effect of that is that private investors get diluted even more.

The potential for massive dilution actually diminished with the November 11th update and change of funding plans - although it certainly exists along with total loss for shareholders.

The situation now is that - if things go to plan - we will probably have dilution but that will hopefully be offset by the value a strategic partner brings to the business and the SP will rise or fall in level with the amount of dilution.

For long term holders - we will obviously have to wait a long time to get back into profit but the potential will certainly still be there.

It is looking likely that we will have to wait until Friday for a hook up because of the stormy weather earlier in the week.
Orkney Harbour Authority are now saying HK will arrive at Scapa Flo on Saturday afternoon so that would fit the weather amended timetable. HK is still waiting outside Le Havre to unload her previous cargo.
Friday would be 13 days - Friday 13th December - I hope no one is superstitious!!!

It seems very likely that Enquest have changed their shuttle service provider from Teekay to Knot Offshore Partners - both Ingrid and Torill Knutsen are operated by them. This looks to be a very good move - the vessels are much more modern.

Look at the spec for Torill Knutsen for example - she is also much larger than most of the Teekay fleet.

Never have shuttle tankers had to meet such strict requirements. Excellent news E121 - you notice also that Heather Knutsen is no longer going to Scapa Flo - I guess because she couldn't reach AK in time for an early hook up - so hopefully as you say we will see a Sunday or Monday hook up - Monday would be 9 days.

Yes, HK looks odds on - she has to unload at Le Havre and is due to leave the port on Sunday evening - so two days sailing to Kraken for a hook up on Wednesday would give 11 days since the last tanker departed. However, the weather looks pretty lively next week so that could change.

It would make sense for the majors to pick up ailing shale companies on the cheap and then adjust output to demand - the resource is limited so just bring it into production when oil prices are high - a great way to maximise profit for very little outlay.

Time will tell but I stand by my assessment - the worst thing in any market is uncertainty - just holding the cuts for 3 months creates that uncertainty and volatility that as we have seen before can produce big dips in POO.

OK they have agreed some deep cuts but only for three months - it looks like a neutral move in the short term - in the long term absolutely useless and could even lead to a big fall in POO in the absence of further action - very disappointing!!!
