M&S would benefit from this increased market for their premium high margin products.
In other words, M&S would get more market penetration and sales without having to buy the other 50%.
Ocado would benefit by building and running the new CFC's.

Selling the other 50% of Ocado Retail to a big player in a year or two would be the best option.

I guess we have reached the stage when a good news RNS is a requirement for the SP to start rising again - simply because sentiment has turned sour - the Barclays Broker underlined this point.

Not all vaccines need low temperatures - some of the covid candidates do, others don't - if they do all that would be needed is refrigerated boxes.

This is an exceptionally well run company and with a clear run should be worth many multiples of where it is today in a few years time.

Yes, the irony is that the UK has more to gain from using wind power than just about any country on the globe - apart from maybe New Zealand - the potential is here to generate a high percentage of power from the wind - that percentage goes up much higher if you include green hydrogen generated by wind power - basically stored wind power.

There is certainly still time for a major manufacturer to come forward in the UK to produce turbines - Boris would do far better to encourage this rather than to spout hot air.

Just looking at the short term is not an option for investors - you have to look at long term holds that will come good when covid is just a memory - there are plenty of opportunities out there, many led by new technology like Ocado - holding cash is a cop out and with inflation just around the corner a bad option.

The second statement seems to have been made in response to the Times article to their journalist and simply reinstates what Ocado said in the RNS.
The Times are having a Ocado bashing spree at the moment - they trashed up a story about Ocado Retail loosing out to Waitrose at the week end.

The market has simply overreacted - as it always does - just be patient and hold.

Ocado's confirmation that there is not a problem seems to have satisfied the market - the SP appears to have stabilised and has made a modest gain in early trading.

Very good news - the WHO have a very important role to play regarding the safety of the various vaccines.

There isn't time for full stage 3 safety trials so they will have to make a judgement at some stage regarding balance of probability.

So the WHO chief coming out and saying that they expect a vaccine by the end of the year must mean that they are close to making this judgement on some vaccines.

It will then be up to individual nations to shoulder liability to enable drug companies to release their vaccines without the risk of wipeout by litigation.

Disappointing, yes, but predictable - lots of investors always take profit after a big rise in the SP - its another reason not to put all your eggs in one basket.
All we need though, as you say, is a good news RNS.
Just be patient and ignore the prats - the SP will be back on track in no time, even if we do have a few more bad days.

I have been in and out here several times, it seems to be a very solid investment but not very dynamic.
It did seem that the last update was OK but maybe the market was expecting more, anyway its a hold and be patient.
Have you still got ITX - that is really starting to move now - also EQT looks like a good long term punt.

Its ITM's new factory that makes it a punt, they seem to have built it in anticipation of future demand rather than in response to demand. If the orders don't come in quick enough they could go through a sticky period.
Ceres, on the other hand have built up production in a much more measured way.
