Therefore, I don't see any damage being done unless the case is lost but Ocado would probably negotiate a settlement before that point if it was necessary.

The charts are looking much better again now - OCDO has picked up the trend line again now from the March 12th low.

One interesting snippet from Sainsbury's this morning, they are closing their delicatessens and fresh fish and meat counters.
This has to be good news for M&S as they will certainly pick up sales from disenchanted Sainsburys customers who I think will be very unhappy with this move.
Sainsbury's are removing the one thing that makes them stand out from their competitors to try and cut costs - a rather stupid move and one they will come to regret.

As I said earlier a Biden President and Republican Senate would be the best outcome for business - Politicians who are neutralised cannot do as much damage.

I have no trouble measuring Ocado Retail against traditional grocers regarding market share - the whole market is moving towards online anyway.
The only thing limiting Ocado Retail is capacity - build more CFC's and customers will quickly max out capacity.

Even Georgia could even go to Biden - most of the votes still to be counted are for Atlanta - a Democrat stronghold.

Ocado Retail in the UK has proven the concept and is going from strength to strength in partnership with M&S - market share will continue to increase but it will take a long time to compete with Tesco for market share.

Tesco the other big four are up a creek without a paddle - their inefficient and expensive home delivery and click and collect services are biting into profits.

Other supermarkets around the world also have the same problem as the big four in the UK - hence the market cap displayed by Ocado Solutions.
