Maybe the most important thing that your research highlights and something I didn't fully appreciate is how many routes to success Ocado has. If one or more of these projects don't live up to expectations it is just as likely that others will exceed expectations.

With the first Kroger CFC coming on line this year Ocado is just at the beginning of this exciting international journey.

Economies of scale are also important to reduce costs, so it is very likely that retailers will add more CFC's to their network as they take more market share to give them a better geographical spread, more capacity and improved efficiency. Therefore, I think that new CFC's will be added to current projections for many years to come.

With us here in rural Sussex its simply a matter of keeping an eye on our local GP's website - they post when they have vaccine and invite patients to phone for an appointment if they are in an eligible group - so that's the over 70's and anyone in the high risk category who received a letter advising them to shield. They are simply matching callers with their medical records.

But, it has to be accepted that M&S, like most of the retail sector in the UK has been financially damaged by the pandemic, therefore, it may be rather optimistic to compare a valuation for the SP now with January 2020.

I think that a lot of M&S's fortune in 2021 depends on how the retail sector bounced back and how many players are gone.

As for dividend that is completely out of the question while significant cuts to the workforce continue - we need to see a phoenix emerge from the ashes in 2022 before that can happen.

How about pumping carbon capture CO2 into old depleted wells to release more crude - do I have your attention now?

The point is that if there is more money to be made filling the old wells with carbon than there is pumping oil then its bloody obvious that you fill the old wells with carbon - especially if you can get a Government or multinational to stump up the capital costs.

Just go with the market - give the customer what they want - if that's green so be it - they sure don't want to know about oil - although they need it - but for how much longer?

Take a look at the 3 year share chart for green ITM for example and compare it to Enquest - this company has probably has fewer assets than Enquest and is non profit making but Enquest's market cap is just £217m at the moment compared to ITM at £3,607m.
This is one reason why diversifying into carbon capture would be good for Enquest shareholders.

You could have written the same post three years ago - the only difference then was that the SP was 43p.
Enquest needs to take a new direction.

The way forward for North Sea Oil companies in the future has to be diversification.
Enquest have an excellent record when it comes to decommissioning, they are well placed to take advantage of what will become a major new industry in the North Sea - Carbon Capture.
Large Corporations and Governments need to get rid of their carbon emissions - one way is to bury them in old oil fields - Enquest could diversify as a service company to dispose of the carbon.
The oil majors are paying Enquest to decommission fields - this simply takes that a stage further.

The point is that as shareholders we want the company to thrive - not simply to flatline as it has over the last few years.

Obviously Brent is a major factor and low oil prices have come at a bad time for Enquest - just at the time when Kraken is at full production - for this reason the full financial benefit of Kraken will never be realised and a high percentage of the revenue will simply be used to pay of debt.

Time for AB to take a new direction - a merger seems to be a possible option.

The point is though, if Enquest don't develop Bressay then how are they going to maintain production levels in the long term.
Moody's made the point that they needed more reserves to exploit in a recent report on Enquest.
It seems to me that Enquest would be far better merging with another oil company to combine their current assets and reserves for long term development and to build a far stronger business.
The reliance on Kraken is to great and if production starts to decline, what then?.

Yep, imagine that if its Green to Ashley or Green to Boohoo - wonderful.
They would probably be better getting redundancy.

There are broker upgrades and there are M&S broker upgrades - this one is from Berenberg - who actually have a reputation for getting it right - after all they have predicted the meteoric rise in Ocado's SP for the last three years - note that Ocado's SP also shot up today after the Berenberg upgrade there - happy days!

Yes, the only question is how fast we get there - this rally dates from 10th December. so it we carry on a the same rate we could see 2900 by mid February.

There was a question at the White House press briefing last night on not allowing new oil production licences on federal land - it was confirmed that this was Biden's intention.
This may not get through the Senate but there is a compromise position that could be negotiated.
Oil producers currently only pay $2 per acre to lease federal land - the same cost that was fixed 100 years ago - this amounts to a stealth subsidy of around $16 billion a year based on commercial prices to lease land.
My guess is that they will still be able to get leases but will have to pay commercial rates, so the subsidy will end.

It looks like a healthy two way trade is developing.

Just hold your nerve - the SP will find its own level - we have the trading update to come - then we will get a market cap valuation.
