You need to be very wary about shorting tech shares - you could get badly burnt - it would just take one good news RNS - no second chance.

Actual shares traded today are only about £110,000 so most investors are just holding.

Its quite normal for a growth share like ITX to fall back on a trading update - regardless of if its good or not.

I think that rather than look back on what Debenhams was, you have to look at what Boohoo can create.

They are very strong in the throw away fashion market and are clearly highly talented retailers.
This marks a new departure for them - a move up market and the potential to provide direct competition for M&S and Next.

They would have no problem supplying higher quality product to match customer expectations and would probably trade on quality rather than price. The irony is that they would probably source a good part of their stock from the UK.
