You are correct that there are many teams attempting to control Melanoma Cancer and hopefully that combined effort will result in new and better ways to treat an awful disease.

With regards to Scancell’s treatment it’s not all about ‘if Immunobody can resolve Melanoma Cancer’ it’s more about the way the process interacts with the human immune system in all its glorious but fragmented ways.

SCIB1 or iSCiB+ are just the first attempts to use Immunobody as a tool to do business with the immune system. Immunobody can become a leading Platform over the next decade.

So it’s not all about the competition for one cancer scenario it’s about understanding how to interact with an extremely complex biological system.

I believe that Scancell have produced two pioneering platforms that will pave the way to much better treatments for a range of cancers.

I thought the Scancell plan is to run a ph2/3 Registration Trial starting late 2026 and taking 18 months. Completing around May / June 2028.

Jamboian I would also add that the ModiFY Trial update on the progress of Modi1 plus double checkpoint in Renal Cell Carcinoma could be both of great medical importance and transformative for the share price.

Early results showing a marked improvement over current standard of care in this solid tumour setting would put ModiTope on the map. It would mean that Modi1 plus double checkpoint should be tested in many more solid cancer settings, especially Ovarian where current standard of care does not include a checkpoint.

I have thought about and commented on this issue for the past few months. The results we are expecting will fall into roughly three potential scenarios.

A ) the worse case would be a set of data that doesn’t meet the bare minimum standard required to progress, ( I think we are assured that we’ve got past this particular hurdle ).

B ) the data meets all minimum criteria but cannot attract a partner to see it through the Reg Trial. In this scenario Scancell need to raise sufficient funds to pay for a large Phase 2 / 3 trial. Taking us to 2028 and costing a rough £60million.

So as you say the RNS is positive but does not inject enough enthusiasm into the wider market to push up the share price.

C ) the data is compelling and a deal is announced either with the data release or just post of that announcement. This would mean that Scancell has to be revalued because of the injection of cash and the confidence of a large Pharma partner.

So I know which of those three I’m hoping for……. 🤞

So there have been a lot of trades all at 10p that are more than likely Admin moves to ensure those shares are held in the appropriate accounts ready for the anticipated move upwards.

The MM’s will have ensured the market price was stable while this happens but at some point they will have to let the SP move according to buys and sells.

We are very close to a re-rate or why all this churn …….

The 1m trade ( £100k ) of yesterday was marked as Off Book - SINT.

What is a SINT trade ?

A point I should have mentioned is that the data we are currently waiting for is an Update not the Final Data as that will happen Q1 or Q2 next year.

As the scan data becomes available it is initially in the hands of each clinical trial centre. That information is updated into the clinical trial as a whole, which is collated by the Clinical Trial Lead Scientist.

Only when every data point has been checked and verified via the Clinical Lead will the full trial data be sent to Scancell.

Obviously there are many parts of the trial that will be open knowledge but the final figures have to be fully verified before Scancell can reveal any RNS.

So the answer to your question is yes our BOD know the direction of travel but cannot know the full extent of the data until it’s released by the clinical Lead.

That is my understanding of how it works with an open trial.

As always the answer is in the details and we need to see the data of cohorts 1 to 3 to get a handle on the scale of improvement over current standard of care.

Cohort 4 will help in the fine tuning when it lands Dec 25 / Jan 26 but the Registration Trial can be planned and progressed from this late July data readout.

It would be a surprise but as long as iSCIB+ hits 70% or above I’ll be happy as that’s the greater patient population.

Clinical Trials can be extremely frustrating as nothing goes in straight lines. Only approximately 11 to 15 working days to go before we know for sure.

To my mind ‘price sensitive information’ is when a definite decision has been made that is going to influence the share up or down.

Discussions, Terms, Agreements in Principle and Offers are all important but not concrete facts.

I think that’s the point we are trying to convey.

I don’t think so. Until there is something concrete to announce it’s merely negotiations.

All deals are revealed once there are signed.

We may have had some conversations and it all comes down to where the bar is on the data being good enough to get the pen out.

Anyway it is just a hypothesis based on good possibility and a big dose of wishful thinking 🤞🤞

It would be pretty spooky if it lands on Thursday 24th which was my guess when answering Scinv, because I factored in a week for Scancell to align with a potential partner before the actual reveal.

Yes I get that. There was a sell on Aquis of 100k but I agree it still doesn’t add up.

The sell prices all day was lowest 9.35p highest 9.5p if someone can sell nearly a half million shares at virtually the buy price it means the market is rigged. If not rigged then working very much against the retail shareholders.

Let’s see how the next four days turn out and maybe we will make some sense of it.
