We really don’t know what has been discussed to bring about the formation of GT Ltd. GenMab coming back for more after the £1m, 7 months exclusivity period provides a good starting place.

It’s also important to remember that there are other players in the Global Mabs market.

The sense is that setting up GT Ltd fits very nicely with GenMab wanting to be involved as more GlyMabs are discovered, developed and made ready for pre-clinical deals or licensing. The Scancell board and probably Redmile certainly do not want to give SC134 away cheaply and are therefore inclined to develop it into clinical trials, thus raising its value substantially.

The target, to increase the current 5 year Overall Survival Rate of 18% in Small Cell Lung Cancer.

Everything we’ve heard about SC134 for the past 4 years is that it’s a highly specific binder and they will have all the pre-clinical data to back that up.

With the release of the melanoma cancer vaccine data only 3/4 weeks away these are very exciting times for Scancell, here’s hoping that it’s all very positive when it lands.

With regards to Standard of Care, we have produced results that are better, ok in a small number of patients but the phase3 trial ‘should’ continue in that vein.

There is nothing toxic about Immunobody of Moditope to create major adverse reactions. We will have to wait and see but I doubt there will be any significant issues, just more people having longer lives than current Standard of Care.

Is that in your opinion or are you now also a seer of the future ?

I see a credible company with a new way to control and in some cases, cure, a horrible disease. Having been here from 2013 / 2014 I’ve witnessed the journey and have had many opportunities to ‘smell a rat’.

But I have not. I have seen the advances in the technology and company since Vulpes £6m and Redmiles £40M. Without those cash inputs Scancell would still be 10 to 15 people and years away from any form of trial. Let’s not forget that cancer vaccines were not in favour and every inch forward had to be won on merit.

The trials so far in the worst possible cases have been very good and the knowledge of how to get the best out of these mechanisms is an ongoing and building picture.

Scinv, you know how difficult it is to bring a new and unique bio technology through pre-clinical and into a clinical trial. The pitfalls of toxicity and severity of adverse effects.

We’ve passed those hurdles and shown better results than current standard of care.

So please excuse me if I think that you’re suming up of 2 + 2 =6 does not compute in my world.

I have said a few times but I’ll say it again so that you are clear, I think that the data that is to be released in late July ( Thursday 24th my guess ) in a defining moment for Scancell because we need a partner for the Reg Trial. If nobody is interested because the data is weak that will hold back development of Moditope and that’s a problem for me. The SCOPE trial was always a secondary event and a means to create some funding and now we have great potential in the GlyMabs to do the same.

GlyMabs have arrived while I’ve held on for Moditope to gain traction so if it creates cash for the development of Modi1 and hopefully Modi2 I will be very content with my investment.

Last point, I noticed over on SNG that whenever someone challenged you the way you are always challenging others, you claimed that they are bully’s. I think your high handed treatment of other investors ( especially people that come to investing from all different walks of life ) to be the very meaning of bullying.

If you don’t recognise this is what you do, it’s says a lot about your empathy with other humans.

You should impart your knowledge in a way that teaches not by telling everyone that is not from a science or Bio background that they are thick.

Go back 5 or 6 years and read my posts on this very subject. My initial interest in Scancell was Moditope and it’s still Moditope even if that means holding a major chunk of my shares for another 3 to 5 years.

It’s not all about the ‘buy and sell’ but also about building a stake which I’ve done for ten years.

I just got a bit wound up by ‘Daddy Knows Best’ nit picking. Always choosing to be negative without any chance of a civil debate.

Anyway, thank you TF.

Scancell needs a little more time to produce the data on the SCOPE trial. While SC134 needs funding to get it into a phase1 trial.

Where’s the cash coming from, either by a raise or giving equity away in GlyMab Theraputics Ltd, it’s not coming from anywhere else.

Any monies raised a consumed by progressing SC134 should be seen as ‘money in the bank’ because it is such a fantastic opportunity, as SC134 is a very highly specific, when targeting Small Cell Lung Cancer.

We only have to wait another few weeks to see just how effective iSCIB+ is and how the data compares with SCIB1.

For now it’s a ‘May be’ but soon it might have changed to a ‘Definitely Does’.

I what way Diluted oh wise one ?

Having digested yesterday’s business and clinical update it is very apparent that Scancell have a clear vision of what is possible over the next 2 to 5 years.

GenMab have not taken any of their agreed targets into a clinical trial as yet, but listening to what was said yesterday, they must be getting close.

Scancell’s SC134 is seen as a very important asset and it sounds like most of the pre-clinical lab work has already been done. This could mean Scancell taking that Mab into clinical trials also during late 2026 or early 2027.

As the early trial stages unfold it may become obvious to GenMab that it would be commercially very savvy to buy GlyMab Therapeutics Ltd and now they can without the issue of the additional values attached to Immunobody and ModiTope.

So the ‘New Co’ does give Scancell very clear options.

The SCOPE trial is reaching a tipping point and somewhere close to the 24th of July we will have the first opportunity to compare SCIB1 with iSCIB+. I think they already know that iSCIB+ is superior ( as in, as good as SCIB1 but with a far greater patient pool ) this without the additional Intradermal data.

The new dosing regime in Cohort 4 is a direct result of having brought on board top level trial competent and experienced directors, they know what is best to ensure success.

Rather than Scinv’s idea that cohort 4 is a last dash scramble to gain better iSCIB+ results it’s obvious that the team at Scancell are ensuring they have all the cards in hand when they decide what the Reg Trial will look like. That is both crucial to its success and to any potential trial partnership.

Scancell is a highly professional outfit with soon to be proven World Class therapeutics and cancer vaccines. The current £100m Market Capitalisation is ‘what it is’ in the current market but as this new strategy unfolds the value will rise because the markets these products are aimed at are huge.

You are probably the main reason the discussions on this board have dried up so I cede to your ownership and will not ever try to open up a discussion on any level until you have left.

My conversation is not aimed at recent arrivals like you Scinv. It speaks to those who were here when Moditope was first announced. You have no history here as it’s clear that your only interest is how quickly you can profit. Some of us also want Scancell to succeed because it would be a step change in cancer treatments.

Only a mercenary like yourself would see every post or comment on this board as a self centred attempt to influence others.

Strange that we are so close to some major trial news and the chat board goes into silence. All the years of discussing the in’s and out’s of Immunobody and Moditope.

How they work, the early safety results, the first scan results, the lack of toxicity and the potential benefits for stage four patients in our initial trial cohorts.

Now after the trials have progressed so well these past few years ( considering all the potentials for failure ) we are not able to discuss the positive ‘what if’s’ just in case the results are modest.

It’s just human nature but I think we can afford some level of optimism because it’s without doubt that patients are being helped and definitely being given some extra time, even if the addition of our cancer vaccines to standard of care have only achieved ‘stability’ for some patients.

As I’ve said a number of times our current trials are dealing with very poorly people and their options are limited, so any improvement in ‘Over All Survival’ is hard won and should not to be seen as ‘only a few percentage points’.

I expect there will be some who think that any results below outstanding point to a failure. Absolutely not.
