Good presentation by a very competent team of bio-scientists.

In a way it’s not that important what retail investors think or don’t think it’s all about the institutional investors, the hedge funds and the big bio-techs.

They can cut through all the waffle and if they smell real commercial potential the money will go in. That kind of funding will take some time to come about but it’s all about the data and after today we are getting very close.

Well if anyone was unsure about the future of iSCIB+ I think all questions were answered and the science shown to be robust and factually presented.

The fact that cohort four will have to have outstanding improvements to be a factor going forward shows that the company is clearly very happy with the data presented today.

Also it would not be a surprise to see elements of the cohort 3 data improving over time as not all 43 patients have reach their 26 week scans but by Q4 that full data set should be in.

Brilliant step forwards today and bring on the Modi1 in RCC data stated as arriving Q3.

Very happy with my investment going forward.

We are obviously dealing with a strange amalgam of a person trained in biological science and trial experience and a person who on no occasion ever ‘can be wrong’ a kind of professor Trump.

Covidity ( which is the correct spelling ) was not run in a trial in the UK for obvious reasons and was therefore run in South Africa. Before the trial could come to any true conclusions using Covid naive patients South Africa was overtaken by the pandemic. Some very useful information was gleaned from the partial trial.

Anyone who truly wants to understand and invest in Scancell must know these facts otherwise you don’t fully understand the journey to where we are with AvidiMab.

If the SCOPE iSCIB+ data is very solid then either we have a tie up with the likes of BMS because it would be in their interest to cement the future development of iSCIB+ with their own checkpoints or we do a fund raise at a premium to the then Share Price.

We have seen that scenario many times. Say the SP reached 20p and a rise done at a 20% premium. You could only do that with great data and the full confidence of any pre-signed up institutional Investors.

So there are potential routes to funding that don’t mean huge dilution and a reduced share price.

In the build up to previously known announcements I have been over enthusiastic and the resulting presentation or data from Scancell has rarely caused the share price to increase dramatically and be sustained.

In fact in most cases the good news had already been sold into and within days the SP has gone down.

Today I feel that no one is really being to overboard with their expectations due to the fear that it’s going to happen again.

However I am beginning to realise that the soon to be released SCOPE Trial update has the potential to be extremely Positive and it will be very interesting to see just how many investors are waiting for a definite ‘Green Light’ before jumping aboard.

Illumina is a very large player in the liquid biopsy field. They seemed extremely keen to join forces with Angle and even offered their entire client base an opportunity to find out how impressive the ctDna and CTC-DNA Dual Analysis was at giving up to date information on cancer mutation and biomarkers in 27 lung cancer patients.

That was February 6th this year and we have heard nothing since. The trials with AstraZeneca looked very promising but that just came to a halt. Whatever is causing this very loud silence from Angle cannot be attributed to what Parsortix can do.

This is a big set of results and the market just doesn’t seem to have any idea how it’s going to play out. There has to be something very positive included in the release to rally what it a very flat AIM market.

There has been a lot of positive feedback from the heads of the clinical trial sites and from our own directors, as might be expected. The comparison between SCIB1 and iSCIB+ will be very important because of the large patient population plus the addition of AvidiMab. Has it improved the data where it really counts ?

With the results due in a maximum of 12 working days there does not seem to be any leaks either positive or negative.

Scancell could have been considering this option from the point of GenMab asking for the 7 months exclusivity. When that ended in a second deal the idea of a separate company must have reared its head.

I do still feel that the energy behind these decisions comes from an enthusiasm to get on with Sc134. It’s been mentioned for many years as an absolutely fantastic opportunity that is worth keeping in house.

The astonishing thing is that there are over 100 published papers that have clearly shown that the capture of live, intact cancer cells allows for better knowledge of that sampled cancers dna.

Parsortix definitely can do a job for clinicians but how does that work for large Pharma. If the price asked by Angle is not commercially viable in a trial situation it’s not going to work.

There is also an incumbent group that want ctDna to continue undisturbed as it is fully understood and costed.

It has to be how Parsortix is being presented both in value terms and how it can influence the future of Liquid Biopsies.

There are questions that I would like to understand :

When a Parsortix cassette has been used what is the process to re-sterilise the main Parsortix machine ?

How is that controlled ?

How long does that take before the next cassette can be placed ready for another vile of blood ?

These are extremely important elements of overall cost when dealing with multiple tests.

That’s quite technical but I get the point that Sc134 is not only very specific to target but also packs a punch once it’s there.

An extremely potent weapon against Small Cell Lung Cancer where the current 5 year survival rate is only 18%. Plus the patient numbers world wide are very high.

We cannot know what internal and external discussions have taken place to bring about the formation of GT Ltd.

What we did see was a very tight timeline from registration of the name at companies house and the very few days notice given before the presentation / announcement.

GenMab is a good place to start especially if both of the deals done with Scancell look very likely to make it all the way through to Phase1 clinical trials. GenMab are experts in developing Mabs and they will know better than any how well the GlyMabs are binding to their targets and enabling the attached payload to do its job.

The sense is that setting up GT Ltd fits very nicely with GenMab wanting to be involved as more GlyMabs are discovered, developed and made ready for pre-clinical deals or licensing.

Also, don’t be to surprised if we hear more about GT Ltd in the next few weeks.

Everything we’ve heard about SC134 from Scancell for the past 4 years is that it’s a highly specific binder and they will have all the pre-clinical data to back up that claim. It does feel like they are ready to go asap.

With the release of the melanoma cancer vaccine data only a week or two away, Modi1 update in RCC in the next 4 to 6 and GlyMabs due to separate, these are very exciting times for Scancell, here’s hoping that it’s all very positive when it lands.

There may be trial opportunities but at a third of the price that Angle feel a Parsortix cassette plus processing justifies.

Might it be that AN is holding out for his 90% margin prices …… 🤔

He is without doubt a paid boiler room poster. No other explanation is needed to explain his loss on reality.

Any possible negative is trawled through and why because his bosses want to hold down sentiment as much as possible.

His true colours will be on show for all to see once the update lands in the next two weeks.

Although I’m not reading his / her posts just the timing of each reply shouts paid troll.
