Could this be the ‘Diggle Share Hoover’ collecting more 10p shares. It would not surprise me if it is.

The seller has created a really large dent in the share price. The majority of the decline in the last two / three days is down to one institutional decision.

TRX are a going concern with a range of products highly regarded by the surgeons and clinicians that see the benefits for both the patients and the overall clinical costs.

The last few years TRX have invested heavily to increase output and even bought the premises that were previously on rental.

The new direction of the FDA does seem to have cause unseen costs and delays. Something they could not have planned for.

Last point, the new Chair was very impressive and came across as very capable and this is obviously why he has been brought into the company.

Good luck to all long term and recent investors.

The 'cost of sales' issue cannot impact gross revenue but it can mean that not enough stock cost is allocated resulting in a gross profit figure that is enhanced at the cost of stock value going up.

Like any company you attribute all relevant costs to the product you sell. If by some administration error, only partial stock costs have been charged against certain products this will inflate profit margins and leave value in the stock or products going through processing.

If there is such an error it will mean an adjustment is necessary in the full 2025 accounts. Not affecting gross revenue but actual reporte profits.

Best to wait for their disclosure in the coming months.

This company has huge future potential because the products it creates are excellent resolutions to some otherwise unmet or second best surgical procedures.

Scancell is currently valued at below £100m. To reach this point with really excellent clinical data Scancell has had raised over £80m.

So in essence the company has grafted for 20 years to prove a new concept in the treatment and management of cancer patients, mainly in the awful disease of Melanoma cancer, to be only valued at £20m above the cost of getting there.

The share price is not a reflection of what something is worth it’s only a reflection of market sentiment. In our case valued by a market full of sharks, day traders and market manipulation.

Scancell have not helped their cause by being guilty of not keeping to promises or deadlines. Our new CEO is trying to rectify this but the truth is now that only data, data and deals will move the SP forward.

When this thin veil of doubt is lifted the share price will re-rate in hours not day’s.

Before we move on Iwould just like to make one last point.

If we draw a line through all off our summations we can say that one of Redmiles older funds that was used to finance the CLN's ( Berm says part of Trance 2 with the 3% interest payments )needed to raise some cash so Redmile 'asked' Scancell to pay that £1m 'early' ( Sath's words ).

The decision by Scancell was to pay it back or Redmiles only option would be to redeem the £1m which would mean flooding the market with 7.5 million shares and those shares sold at a loss bringing the share price even lower. Under these circumstances it was better to support Redmile and the share price by giving up a large chuck of what was left in the bank.

However, if this scenario is correct why has the Vulpes Fund just hoovered up 13 million shares on the open market ?

So there is much more to this story and again in my opinion strongly suggests that there are advanced conversations surrounding both SCIB1 and GlyMabs.

It was 10% of last December’s Fund Raise.

Not something you would do if you were totally unsure where the replacement money was coming from. That £1m was raised at 10.5p if they needed to raise right now the best they could hope for would be 8p.

So it’s really a big ask to give up if you don’t have something you feel is concrete to replace it.

Just my opinion but I think we know Scancell has some kind of deals that are in late stage discussions.

Just out of interest I checked for past dates of previous AGM’s.

From 2020 to 2023 it was November, earliest 17th latest 29th. Prior to the pandemic it was September 12th 2019, October 30th 2018 and October 10th 2018.

Last year we had the Notice of AGM on the 1st Oct, the new CEO announced on the 22nd Oct and the AGM took place on the 25th Oct.

This slightly earlier AGM was followed by a Clinical Update on the 18th November and a Fund Raise on the 4th December.

It’s going to be interesting to see if the Notice of AGM arrives before the Q4 clinical trial update.

The knowledge that we repaid ‘early’ £1m worth of the CLN’s ( Credit Loan Notes ) does comprehensively suggest that a Cash Raise is not going to arrive in 2025, in fact we quite possibly will not need to dilute the shareholding any further just to raise cash just to keep the lights on.

Everything is currently pointing towards some very positive announcements.

The pull back to 0.18p does seem to be overdone set against this rising silver price. The recent drill cores were not spectacular but they were decent hits under normal circumstances.

It cannot always be 10,000 gms/ tonne that would be nice but it’s not going to happen.

The SCOPE trial has been updated it was the Modi1 RCC cohort that was slated for Q3 but at the recent presentation it’s been pushed back to Q4.

Presumably to ensure that it’s the maximum data possible in 2025. I would think just prior to the AGM which is normally around the end of November.

So please don’t be disappointed by the next three trading days of no news because there won’t be any.

In the past you may have been correct. At this time with the team that's in place those words are more prophetic than fanciful.

So much potential being held back by a thin veneer of doubt.

Pick any of the following if positive news is announced :

Modi1 + double checkpoint in RCC positive update

Modi1 NeoAdjuvant cohort results announced

Modi1 + single checkpoint in Head & Neck update

GenMab Phase 1 trial approved with one of our Mabs

GlyMab Therapeutics Ltd partner stake agreed

SCOPE Ph3 trial design submitted

SC134 Ph1 trial application submitted

If the next 12 months yields just 50% of the above Scancell will be transformed.

The market in all its wisdom thinks that all the above potential is only worth risking 10p a share = £105M

We've seen what happens in the past when positive news arrives, SP up and then SP down, but the next set of results are much more important because Scancell are so deep into their trials.

It is also interesting that more clinical centres have now officially opened for Modi1 recruitment.

The information provided by Bemudashorts yesterday.

Makes me quietly confident that the Renal Cell Double Checkpoint cohort is producing really good results.

I agree that the reason the Modi1 update had been moved to Q4 is to allow for more patient data to be gathered and presented providing the biggest impact as possible.

Are there any conferences that they could attend once the Modi1 update has been released or tie in that release of data with a particular conference in mind ?

I have lost all track of which conferences Scancell is slated to attend.

Do we know of any in of 2025 or should we anticipate that Scancell will announce shortly.

In previous years conference's were a regular occurrence and brought much speculation, this year so far we have had very little news on that front.

I would appreciate it if someone could say what is coming up in 2025 and wether Scancell may attend / present.

The fact that Vulpes have taken another 3.15m shares is a doubling down on the fact that Scancell will not be issuing new shares any time soon. This is serious a amount of money being added to a very sizeable holding.

Whatever is on the horizon for Scancell that we cannot be aware of Vulpes seem to be extremely confident that the SP is going to be much higher than 9p, 10p or 11p.

If the institutional seller is finally out of the picture the SP has every chance of returning to positive momentum as we move towards some very important answers.

This is a message board its not life or death just peoples thoughts and hopes as to what may or may not happen.

Here is the serious answer:

It is good business sense to ensure that if you need to 'go it alone' that you can. It also has the added benefit of sending a message that it will take a serious bid if any suitor should seek to buy the company.

Without making serious future plans the only message would be that our hope was for a buyer to take the company forward.

So please do lighten up TF, your rant at my post was not necessary.

Simples, they line up Institutional Investors, Banks and offer Shareholders a slice of the action.

The intention and means will be a negotiating tool. Thats how I would play it, rather than 'thank you for your kind offer of 60p per share, we are extremely grateful' ....

So the illusion of going it alone is what matters when faced with a potential suitor.
