SCOPE cohort 4 could complete the puzzle as to how the Reg Trial is designed. Does Intramuscular delivery improve uptake of iSCIB1+ ?

In Giving the iSCIB+ doses closer together at the start of treatment that may also improve Immunobody’s chances in delivering a more powerful punch.

By end December cohort 4 may not be fully completed but there should be enough results to answer both above questions.

Positive outcomes in either or both will be seen as good news.

The Modi1 update for me is the most important read out both Renal and the Head&Neck results.

I don’t expect miracles but impactful patient outcomes. Giving impetus to further developments.

Cannot see why both these trial updates won’t have a positive and lasting effect on the Share Price.

The 307,053 shares at 9.30p most definitely stock that has been sold..,,,, but the 600,000 shares at 9.7p is a purchase based on today’s trading prices.

So a relatively large 300k disposable but purely going off today’s trading it’s eclipsed by a 600k positive purchase.

Scancell's preferred RNS day has been researched, deep dived and anylised to the greatest degree.

The outcome from this time consuming, expensive and important detective work was a possible probability that it can sometimes be on Tuesday or a Thursday. This is cutting edge stuff.

So using this information, We Only Have 4 Tuesday's and 4 Thursday's before Christmas 🎅 Break.

A £50k purchase has just been printed at 10.14p so it looks to me that the corporate dumping was completed last week.

Well TD are say £300M and then I added a considered end stop. Point I was making, and you should have gleaned it from the whole post, was that we cannot value a pre-stage 3 Biotech that has no solid partner or announced means to finance the next stage.

As for ramping, no, just trying to be sensible about all possibilities.

I want Scancell’s trial results to do all the necessary ramping.

Scancell could be worth any number between £300M and £2B it’s all down to how effective SCIB1, Modi1 and GlyMabs can be.

These next set of trial results will define if there is a pharma company that wants to partner up or do we have to continue on our own to build the necessary data towards a larger deal.

I’ve said this a few times, for me ModiTope was why I invested and the trial results so far are very promising but we need the confirmation that Modi1 does improve the ‘Standard of Care’ double checkpoint results and the improvement is substantial.

We only have small numbers of patients and have been slowly building up data since the first patient was dosed in the ModiFY Trial Cohort 2, in Aug 2022.

Fingers crossed that when added to the double checkpoints Modi1 has got to work on all the patients tumours. In these small numbers of patients we need very positive outcomes to have any chance of a large pharma co taking any practical interest.

So we are getting very close to having enough data to be confident.

Putting a realistic value on the whole of Scancell is not possible due to so many unknowns. Maybe by next May / June we can have a more informed guess.

Currently in a stage 3 trial covering 6,000 patients. It’s a flu prevention treatment and it’s working very well so far. The potential markets is in the millions with repeat doses.

Probably low cost to manufacture in such high volumes. In summary :

It’s already in a stage 3 trial, it already has FDA fast track status, it’s working, it’s probably cheap to manufacture and the numbers of shots annually are in the millions. So it’s very different.

Is it worth $9B in cash ? Merck think so …

When the Modi1 interim trial results are released there will probably be another set of slides.

Especially if the RNS is also accompanied with a Presentation later that day.

Having just read the Alien / Windfield agreement back in 2022 is it still a case that Windfield can exercise their 100 million Share Purchase Warrants by 31st December 2025.

" Completion of the acquisition of the 39% interest was subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions:

• £60,000 payment in cash;

• 260,000,000 Alien Common Shares; and

• 100,000,000 Share Purchase Warrants, exercisable at 1 penny on or before 31 December 2025.

As part of the transaction Alien will transfer its interest in the Projects to its 100% owned Australian

subsidiary Iron Ore Company of Australia Pty Limited who will become 90% owner and manager "

ESMO is an immuno-oncology conference so Scancell may have submitted for a poster or presentation on the SCOPE Trial. ModiTope is probably not conference ready but a positive trial update prior to the 10th of December would certainly be a great topic of conversation.

We have never seen ModiTope scan data when added to a double checkpoint, the Scancell Team have. The feeling I got from Botski’s recording of the AGM was that our board are more than happy with the progress being made in the RCC cohort.

For ModiTope to become the bain of solid cancers it has to perform well when aided with Double Checkpoints.

So my fingers are crossed that when we see the interim Modi1 data, it’s very good or better.

The Modi1 update must be very close. I would imagine that the Scope update will be mid / late December because of the Cohort 4 data. Which means Modi1 in RCC and H&N should land early December, latest. Possibly in time for ESMO on the 10th.

It will be such a relief to get some numbers up on the board. 🤞🤞

The fact that both of those large sells went through together could signify that those were the last reminants of the disposal. It has been going on for weeks if not months. Vlupes collected up approx 13 million so with these 4 million could point to around a 20 million disposal which is approx 2% of the total shares in issue.

Lets hope thats an end to them. We will soon see as the MM's will no reason to keep pegging the SP back to 10p.

The advancement this time is that it wasn't a 'Poster' but a verbal presentation in front of a very knowledgeable audience. The impact of this weekend will resonate for a few weeks and before Scancells name starts to fade we will be releasing data from Modi1 in Renal Cell Carcinoma and Head & Neck cancers.

Then within a short time we will release the upto to date data on SCOPE cohorts 1 through to 4.

So I'm looking forward to the next 4 to 6 weeks because there is a lot to unpack before the Christmas break.
