It’s always prudent to show you have a strategy combined with a financial plan to go it alone, all the way to full approval and commercialisation. Scancell have even ensured the manufacturing is firmly established.

If GenMab or Bristol Myers Squibb want a piece of the developing pie it will have to be a very attractive offer. It’s not a gamble it’s just a very sensible way to maximise the outcome.

West Coast establish that there is a commercial sized silver mine, Radio Hills is fitted out to process said silver and Alien Metals reaps the benefit of the High valuation of their stake in WCE. Using the proceeds of parting with half or all of their shares by developing munni munni and Hanc0ck phase1 and phase2.

It a well thought-out strategy.

Definitely a move that is all about the Elizabeth Hills silver and the processing at Radio Hill.

Thinking about the next set of core results, would these changes be happening if those drill cores were low yield or blanks ?

I don't think they would.

The on site drilling teams see the cores as they come out of the ground and log each one, so they know roughly what to expect before the technical lab results confirm what there is.

Mainly from a desire to hear game changing news and partly the unrealised guidance from the company. Many times it’s seemed that good news is about to arrive only for the reality of Clinical Trial timelines to dampen the excitement.

Modi1 in Renal Cell pushed back by a few months is a shame because Phil is trying his level best to not over promise. However it doesn’t matter one bit because the Data when released matters greatly more.

There are some background ‘irons in the fire’ that could arrive anytime inside the next 12 weeks.

Probably all arrive together.

Such a huge amount of value if just one or two products make the grade.

Moditope has the potential to be become an important platform in the fight to make cancer a treatable disease.

Wishful thinking aside I just want to hear positive remarks from our CEO and CFO when they speak about how our trials are progressing.

There is the possibility that one of the smaller funds that bought in the last cash raise and was holding below 3% has had to convert some share assets back into cash.

That does happen when they their clients ask to withdraw cash from their funds.

The size of the trades doesn’t really fit with it being a retail investor and it was short and sharp, not a torrent.

I think some nervousness had added to the amount that has been sold off.

As you say, hopefully my assumptions are somewhere near to the truth and it’s confirmed by tomorrow’s year end.

I honestly think the share price will start to go up after tomorrow's presentation.

Everyone will realise that Scancell is in good shape and that they don't need to raise any capital at this time.

Reading the way tomorrow is conducted, is it 'subdued' or is it 'up tempo positive' will give an early indication as to their excitement towards the upcoming Modi1 clinical update.

If its all reading positive then we need to see just how effective Modi1 is when added to double checkpoints.

It's not a huge number of patients but the effect on those tumours could be huge.

So glad there was not an RNS this morning.

Reason, it would have meant the data was potentially underwelming to the point where it needed to be out of the way prior to the CEO and CFO presenting last years accounts and then being positive about the next stage of Scancell’s development.

No Modi1 news until next week or the week after should mean that the data is ‘on point’ or even ‘extremely encouraging’.

I feel reassured that we will have this slightly brought forward ‘Year End’ presentation and then the Clinical Update.

Others may have more info but I think the funds are run by Martin and his brother.

I think it's solely their executive decision where to invest. So their's or a clients money its down to the brothers to decide.

What is absolutely apparent is that Martin Diggle would definitely not buy at 10p / 11p on the open market if there was even a remote chance of a placing.

So the purveyors of that story line are completely wrong.

I think Martin Diggle is close enough to the company that he would know of any negative possibilities that would stop him from buying 10,000,000 shares on the open market.

I also cannot see anything becoming an issue since he bought those shares so recentl.

The large trades obviously contained sells and possible buy, we just don't know. What I think is that one of the investors from the last placing is having to sell. That's my theory based on not knowing the actual facts but trying to rationalise what we are aware of.

The next 3 days trading will be very enlightening.

We have no idea of why someone would want to sell a high volume of shares in Scancell at this moment in time. They are currently evolving from R&D pioneer, through initial safe clinical trials towards having valuable commercial products.

I would also be amazed if a Non-Executive Director has just purchased 10M shares costing approximately £1M without being aware of any pending issues.

Therefore I conclude that the recent dumping of shares was done out of necessity rather than of any negative impacts on the company.

The share price will probably recover back to 10p / 11p after the presentation and then rise further on positive results from the Modi1 trial update.

All in my opinion as I don’t own a crystal ball …… 🤔

Only 4 trading days to wait for the Year End Results and Presentation. So we will get a feel for where we’re at and if there is any price manipulation going on.

If the presentation is all positive and the indication is that the Modi1 results are looking good then there is no reason at all why anyone would be ‘getting out’ because of pending news.

It could be games being played but those two large sells have not arrived with an A4 sheet of explanations.

It is therefore very probable that what we’re watching is a domino effect upsetting already nervous investors. AIM is not the place for those would be investors who have not researched the long term prospects of their chosen investment.

There is absolutely no reason to suspect an imminent placing and there is no known clinical reason why Modi1 plus Double Checkpoints should not be improving patients outcomes in Renal Cell Carcinomas.

Again it has to be mentioned that we are currently treating stage 3 and 4 cancer tumours and in these settings a 10% improvement over Standard of Care, is huge in terms of how many patients get to live longer.

I’ve increased my holding because I believe that 10p is going to be seen as cheap if those ModiFY results are solid.

All said this is all my own opinion.

With regards to GlyMab Theraputics Ltd a good start would be GenMab taking one of our Mabs into a Phase 1 clinical trial.

We know there is confidence in our Mabs because GenMab came back with another £5M to tie up another one. A comment on how those pre-clinical lab tests have impressed GenMab and a truer timeline would be reassuring.

My investment in Scancell is 100% about ModiTope so this upcoming Modi1 plus double checkpoints is extremely critical to my long term investment plans.
