Yes I get that. There was a sell on Aquis of 100k but I agree it still doesn’t add up.

The sell prices all day was lowest 9.35p highest 9.5p if someone can sell nearly a half million shares at virtually the buy price it means the market is rigged. If not rigged then working very much against the retail shareholders.

Let’s see how the next four days turn out and maybe we will make some sense of it.

It’s a lot of shares at 10p when the Ask has been at 10.5p and the Bid at 9.0p all day.

After our discussion about Monday’s momentum we have a very decent late reported trade.

That volume at that price could possibly maybe, be a buy …… ha ha

I would imagine that Scancell will have to way up which reports first. SCOPE now has a timeline for end July but the Modi1 result can be reported as they seem fit.

So we have a conundrum, what is the context of the next RNS, is it :

GlyMab Therapeutics possible ’JV’.

I’m only guessing that changing the terminology from ‘mid year’ to ‘Q3’ indicates that it’s been push back slightly.

I could just be a tiding up of the reporting language.

And yes Q3 should mean July, August or September.

I’ve made a note from the recent presentation that Modi Head& Neck will not report until late 2025. In the April presentation Renal cell was to be an interim report ‘mid year’ but in the recent presentation on the Slide ‘Timelines’ at 23:35 mins Interim RCC cohort data Q3.

I’m going to guess around late August just prior to this years AGM.

So it had been pushed back 3 months ish.

That trade on Friday must have been a worked sell over the past week as the share volumes either way could not easily cover that amount.

On Monday 30th June there was another black trade 232,910 @ 9.055p which would have been a sell at that time.

No more heavy sells until this Friday’s but there was some decent buying:

1st July 160,000 @ 9.55p

2nd July 60,824 @ 9.70p

3rd July 2 trades 150,000 and 75,000 at 10p

And then the 4th July 500,949 @ 8.8004p

So definitely a worked sell since last Monday and has probably held the SP down a little, while the MM’s worked their magic. 😂😂

Just interesting looking at how the SP tried it’s best to move up this last week but was affected by that one trade.

This week will be interesting to see which way the momentum swings…

30 trades is a few more than normal. It will be interesting to see how trades this time next week as ‘end July’ approaches.

Just from reading all the conversations on this chat board I think there is a lot of tension already built into this share price. There are probably quite a few watchers just patiently waiting to be convinced.

As long as the reported data hits all of its trial ‘set targets’ then we are in positive territory. The ‘Overall Survival Rate’ is progressing with every month that passes.

The written word can be misinterpreted for the slightest of things.

For the record, I totally believe that the Scancell science is going to become pivotal in the future battle with cancer. It’s a mode of immunology that is pioneering but there are a number of companies that are all looking at the potential of programming our own immune system, the problem is understanding how it all works and finding no toxic solutions. The current clinical trials are just a starting point and given a few more years Immunobody and Moditope may become first line treatments in much earlier stages of cancer.

We just need to prove up the SCOPE trial and move SC134 into the clinic.

I what universe am I a deramper …… I like to be factual and even handed. You cannot guarantee that any of the GenMab deal will become fact. So let’s just wait for the news that is quite close.

The big ‘But’ is do those products actually get that far. No guarantees and we are already 2.1/2 years down the road with the first GlyMab deal and still not in the clinic.

Maybe very soon but we don’t know for a fact it will happen.

An investment around £50m as miavoce suggests would be both good for Scancell and show great faith by GenMab. A double positive……

The £630m is a ‘possible maybe’ in 3/5 years time. All the larger milestones at later stage which I’m presuming is starting Ph3 clinical Trial and gaining product approval.

So £50m now as an investment would be fantastic for Scancell to develop SC134 plus others and a very shrewd investment by GenMab.

Like on Dragons Den ‘we want £100m for 5% of the business’ and are shown the door 🤣🤣

Everything comes down to ‘cause and effect’.

GT Ltd is a direct result of discussions inside Scancell on how to navigate financing over the next 2 / 5 years. Aldo using our board’s experience of what the many potential suitors may or may not need to strike a deal.

If it’s not directly related to what GenMab or BMS may have intimated in private it is definitely ensuring that any possible deals for our platforms can be negotiated separately.

One of the reasons I asked the question about the timings for GT Ltd going live was the short notice that it had been set up a registered.

As you say it does seem to have been a quick decision and presented at the earliest possible opportunity. I also agree that we will hear more details about GT Ltd in a fairly quick order.

End of this month would be nice….. 👍

There are quite a few trades on the Aquis platform, all at 9.58p …… 🤔

Our focus at the moment is obviously the arrival of the Scope Trial data later in the month.

Now we also have GlyMab Theraputics Ltd set up as in, company name registered and named directors listed.

Questions that I would like someone to answer is : How long will it take to actually begin operating, Organising separate Staff, Offices space, Lab space and the most important Working Capital ?

Are we talking days, weeks or months ?
