And on Modi1 there could be early data from the Renal Cell double checkpoint arm, but you know that, right ?

Ok we can use those 3 points of view for a test of ‘over optimism’ verses ‘negative blinkers’…..

We have been in this position a few times where an RNS is ‘good’ and the initial SP rise has withered away quite quickly because the pay off is a few years away.

However, these next 8 weeks could be a game changer for Scancell if the results are good and released with accompanying details of a partnership to pay for the Reg Trial / Phase 3.

Even then it will be on what terms and how the agreement is structured that will be of great importance.

Another worthy element will be the comparison between SCIB1 and iSCIB+ ( intramuscular ). How improved is the iSCIB+ version.

The ModiFY results in Head & Neck, Renal Cell and Neo-Adjuvant could also cause a stir if they show major improvements over standard of care.

There is a lot of evidence about to land and let’s hope it all falls into the category of life changing for those cancer patients involved in our trials.

All in my opinion, not Ai and definitely not Scinv’s…..

Obviously I want the upcoming results to be good enough to interest a large investment / partnership to both push iSCIB+ past Phase 3 and on to a commercial footing and have enough funding to develop Modi1 in several cancer types.

What I don’t see is Scancell’s involvement in developing products outside of their core cancer vaccines and Mab’s.

At least, not until we are generating a free flow of cash in 2029 / 2030.

Not long to wait to find out exactly what kind of future we face. 🤞🤞

To a degree that’s my point. Until GenMab move forward with one of our GlyMabs I think any future tie ups are mute.

I want to see Scancell actually leave the Commercial ‘starting blocks’ and then we can think about future pathways.

Right now we need a win 🤞🤞

Two years and eight months later and GenMab have still not moved into the clinic on any of the three possible uses of our GlyMab ‘Target’.

I realise that there is a huge amount of lab work to get through prior to any trial application but the question arises ‘ will they ever move to a Phase1 or how long is too long ?

No point discussing further GenMab potential deals when the very first deal is still stuck in the lab.

Simply it is not bourn out by the know facts and if that was their aim, why has a Non-Executive Board Member ( Martin Diggle ) recently transacted 500k shares at 9p when the sell price around that time was 8.75p

If you are genuinely concerned that Scancell is the second coming of Synairgen you are not doing a decent enough job of proving any such disaster.

I would suspect that Scancell is on many investors radar’s. With many a false start in the recent past it will take a good set of results to push the SP much higher. If those results are good but not great they will be susceptible to those gains not being sustained.

As we have previously witnessed with Scancell the ‘Buy on Rumour, Sell on News’ brigade will also be gathering like a colony of Meerkats.

We are on the brink of a defining Data Release.

Q : Is, iSCIB+ ( intramuscular ) more potent that SCIB1 and are those percentage gains high enough to attract a large pharma partner?

Q : Are there any significant Modi1 results at this time that show that further development ‘Could’result in highly valuable future therapies ?

( in particular Modi1 plus double checkpoint in Renal Cell Carcinoma and any further results that add to the 43% in the Head and Neck cohort )

Q : Have Scancell completed the Neo-Adjuvant cohort in the ModiFY trial and if so what do those results mean going forward ?

Q : Where are we with the new Cohort 4 ( iSCIB+ intradermal ) in terms of the numbers of patients enrolled and the number that has achieved 1st Dose.

Dependant on the answers given we will either rally and fall back or move up to establish a new permanent level of stability.

I’m changing up my writing style and in the future I will be using : ‘Opinion of my own making’ ……..

It has a nice ring to it 🤔 …..’IMO’…..

On a serious note, we have been promised an update across the ModiFY Trial.

Unless everything is rolled out under a ‘Business Update’ I am expecting the Modi1 results to be released separately and ‘in my opinion’ that could be presented prior to the main event, which is the SCOPE Trial.

Modi1 results in June would be my guess …

I never try to convey that I’m a world expert but did have my own business for 20 years and do have some understanding of how careful a company has to be when disseminating critical information.

But I also understand that every board on LSE does have self appointed headmasters.

A privilege bestowed upon them by their own ego.

Hopefully most of the regular viewers of this forum know that I try to keep my posts as factual and reasonable as I can, in my limited knowledge of how an actual BioPharma company conducts a clinical trial.
