Sure Wilco, its certainly been frustrating and i've never seen or heard of peace talks going on for 4 years without progress before so its a totally unique situation and thus difficult to predict but the talks are coming to a pivital point soon so we should know one way or the other in the coming weeks.

Only another 115,000 Square kilometres ( size of England) to go and the Ukrainians are back to where they started 4 years ago.

Yes Len, Nukes are certainly a deterent in their own right but I mean the UK has no Air Defence to stop Ballistic or Hypersonic Missiles, be they conventional or nuclear.

We have No Patriots/Thaad/Iron Dome etc, just 7 Sky Sabre systems which are totally useless at stopping Ballistic or Hypersonic missiles.

Tombi, Agree Tanks are sitting ducks on the modern battlefield where drones rule but good air defence systems are also a must and the UK doesnt have any air defence against Ballistic or Hypersonic missiles.

What's worse, the US would not let the UK have Patriots or Thaads now because the UK refused to be an Allie on the Iranian attacks and the US said we will remember.

So whilst Russia can defend against UKs slow nukes with its Blisterngly fast 25,000kmph ( 4 /5 times faster that the US Patriot) S500, the UK is totally defenceless against both Ballistic & Hypersonic Missiles.

If you want to talk about Air Defence Systems.

The Best one in the world is the S500, its the only one that ia effective against both Hypersonic & Ballistic missiles, oh and its Russian but far better than anything the US or any other country in the world has !

Those 14 Bridging Challenger tanks ( over 10% of UKs entire 'useable' tanks force 😅) certainly made a difference as i'm sure the 1 or 2 Sky Sabres ( that can't stop Ballistic or Hypersonic missiles will 🤣😅😂

Exactly like I said earlier, America /Israel & The Middle East Allies have depleted their Air Defence Stocks defending against Iranian Ballistic & Hypersonic Missiles.

Israel haven't got any left at all; Zelensky wants /needs more but he's going to get less coz the Middle East is the US priority, not Ukraine, the US actually want Ukraine to stop fighting so they are now last on the list for the all important Patriot Air Defence systems.

Hopefully this will encourage Z to accept the peace deal.

Troll 'naively' showing a complete lack of understanding on why Russia invaded Ukraine but what else can one expect from a Troll that resides on a sharechat board that he has no vested interest in and on a company that he hates. Says it all about our resident Troll who's off his Trolly.

Well, who wins and who loses is up to each individual to decide but the facts are Russia has taken a chunk of Ukraine the size of England, so not insignificant, it has also ensured that UK does not join Nato and the 6/7 million Russian people living in the East of Ukraine are no longer being persecuted & killed by Ukrainians .

Ukraine has managed to lose 115,000 sq km ( size of England) in the war and loses more land each day.

So if posters want to pick a winner, its not hard but I have no interest in picking sides or winners in this, I just want peace.
