Sorry to burst any bubbles, but all of the empirical evidence points to the following. It is far better to massively gear up (remortgage for instance) and put that on a few shares like Microsoft and Unilever, and hold for 20 years - than to put all your savings in a high risk speculative stock.

Directors can buy and sell stock as long as they are not in a closed period (2 months before half and full year results).

By market conditions, Fraser is mainly referring to liquidity. Which is rubbish in August. We all should know that. It gets better in September.

Now, there is "obviously" an issue with the bond launch other than liquidity... maybe the coupon, maybe someone p1ssed in Fraser's coffee... whatever it is, something else is clearly in motion.

This isn't some high street retail chain with no future. This is a 100 year mining venture with a proven, disruptive product that could change agriculture for good.

Offer us 10-20% of current value and watch as the Qataris, Norwegiens, Gina, JPM et al get out their milking gloves, and corporate lawyers.

Some fund managers allow for special situation plays in their mandate, so they will be able to invest a bit. The issue is, the vast majority of managers screen their universe of companies based on traditional metrics - free cash flow being absolutely crucial.

You may get Venture Capital PE funds having a nibble however.

You can't change a "coupon" on a bond after it is sold.

The yield changes all the time because it is relative to the price.

On current projections based on the NPV and total number of shares are full dilution, the share price instrinsic value is something shy of £2.

2.60 was pre dilution target.

However, we could continue to re rate in 10 years if we pay down debt quickly and invest in other products/ businesses to increase cash flow.
