Hargreaves Lansdown have 1bn shares. Ask them. But this is through thousands of PIs, so they are not listed as major shareholders. There are only 3 listed on SXX, jupiter and capital and Norges.

Hargreaves and other platforms own 2.5bn shares (prior to placing). They are pretty much all PI holdings. So prior to placing PIs owned over 50% of the company. Which is pretty poor.

Casa... Hargreaves are listed as the holder. As a platform, but yes it is thousands of PIs underneath. Would have thought it was obvious....

"When there is a RNS or a statement from JPM that the bonds have sold I will buy more but until that date it is a hold for me." Good luck buying in at 15p when that little RNS drops.

And let me ask you one thing btw.

If i were to say for certain that the bonds will be taken up, with 100% accuracy. Would you invest today? The answer I expect, is the reason the SP is where it is.

"If the City was that keen on the bonds in this company, you might expect to see that enthusiasm reflected in the share price."

What?... there are a million reasons the share price should ve higher.

1. We are financed until year end. If not further. Another year closer to production
2. Everyday is a day closer to production
3. Over 10mtpa ToPs
4. Global strat partners, ADM, Cibra, Gina
5. Product is proven. Our competitor ICL cant keep up with demand. It has chosen to cease all operations bar polyhalite in the UK
6. JPM
7. Contractors bear the risks of construction
8. Even with 10bn shares our NPV at full production implies considerable upside

But the market will forever be ruled by fear and greed. Right now it is fear. Fear of the unknown? Of the BoD acting against us? Of Fraser not being our Ozzy pal anymore? Etc etc

Btw for those saying this is like channel tunnel, have very little idea about what went down with that sh!t show.

Word in the City is the bonds are as good as a done deal.
Many yield hungry funds out there. Seriously, look at the 10 year yields globally... they aint getting higher ;)

RU the only reason to have sold up is if you don't believe the share price will be higher post production. There is a small chance it wont be, but very small indeed.

KOH Are you really going to argue about the "actual" meaning of dilution, vs the "real effects" on future share price? First question. Do you know what happens to our EPS if our strat partners get a cut of profit? Yes that's right... it reduces our EPS. Oh hang on... share prices re rate to the EPS over the long term? Yes that's right. Ok next. Hybrid debt, the most common is any type of convertible, but this can include prefs. So both types are dilutive on share of future profits. To suggest anything else is at best, a lack of understanding and at worst, dishonest. This is speculative project until the fat lady of 10mtpa production sings. Any delay in construction will be severely damaging.

The guy said following an internal meeting he was extremely positive on stage 2, and that there is something big being worked on in the US (which we know due to ADMs massive promotion of poly4 recently). Obviously, we have no idea as the guy's credentials or his motives, and we all should be very careful. Ive been invested for 3 years... and now just holding, no more shares for me, but not selling one either.

Btw, the bonds will clear: 1. Bond funds hungry for high yields 2. Investors hungry for high yields 3. 10 year government debt yields only going lower due to structural issues

You do realise that each of the 4 options for the additional capital (400-600) were all shades of dilution right? This was absolutely expected and baked into the price: 1. Strat partner taking a cut of future profits = dilution 2. Convertible bonds = dilution 3. Equity raise = dilution 4. Other Hybrid debt =dilution The other thing you seem to insinuate is that a high risk, speculative, start up mining project with zero cash flow... was going to be anything other than high risk? Bottom drawer stuff. Shut eyes, come back in 5 years and check major RNS announcements. Ignore day to day movements. Or. Sell up and move on.

Rueters reporting from an insider that SXX was forced to the market for a more expensive package because government couldn't agree on timeframe for deal. Tories need stringing up.

I know you keep saying you're here to wind people up.

But when you are using your opinion, please state the following "in my opinion..."

None of us can see into the future. Dilution was obvious with hindsight (well, Fraser said it was an option, so we cannot complain)... but there is still profit to be had for long term investors... in my opinion.

Rooster, you shorting? Or just mouthing?

I can vouch for Mr Math here. My broker hasn't informed me and didn't have a clue when I called.
