Absolutely. There have been too many indignant statements here of late, for something everybody is trying to get a handle on.

In the meantime 769 people have died in Spain in the last 24 hours, and I have been reading some remarkable claims on the internet today, one scientist reckons as many as 1 in 10 people have already had the virus in the U.K., another claiming 14% of the original patients in China have tested positive again after being released from hospital and so it goes on.

I feel more comfortable hearing about these things from our own Government TBH

Again not wanting to dwell on issues like who is right and who is to blame and disgusting posts blaming Boris Johnson for early deaths, I can just imagine just a short time ago if we had decided that approach with rising figures of COVID 19 and the situation throughout Europe, would you not have been screaming from the rafters that we were wrong?? Genuine question TF.

I have found in the last couple of weeks that posting articles in isolation of the pros and cons it is easy to make an argument for either stance. I cannot make any comment as to whether they are right or wrong, time will tell, but it flies in the face of just about every Medical ansd Scientific expert on this planet, and is totally contrary to the WHO who you argued vehementally were 100% correct in their assertations.

Do you agree now that those posts which were posted in disbelief at our complacency and your assertations that it was ""About time the Government brought in restrictions were well over the top, misinformed and wholly unnecessary??

So it is good luck Sweden now, and Boris is a murderer a short time ago?? There is much discussions of different strains of COVID19, which would determine different risk approaches, and each and every country has been acting on capacity for hospital beds, ICU and ventilators quite apart from PPE.

Considering the sheer amount of money the Government have pledged to support us all, I feel sure they hope this country gets back to full capacity as much as we all do.

A friend has offered to take me to mine this morning, very good systems in place in Waitrose, but only going really as I have to pick up my prescriptions from the chemist today or I run out of a few class A drugs, and they don"t deliver nor open weekends. Apparantly all chemists in N.W.London are running behind by 4/5 days ATM.

Hopefully will not need to venture out for a few weeks after that, I really am lucky in that I have got used to being at home for at least 6 days a week anyway, must be a nightmare for others.

I guess like many sleep is hard to come by, it is not in my case from any particular worries we all have those , but just an overactive mind, and this week I have been awestuck by the decency of others in my little world.

I feel so humble at the efforts of so many people who are doing there all in such trying times and perhaps that is being gulvanised by a Government who I think are putting the trust back into politics, doing extraordinary things for so many people. Even those of us who need help in various ways can volunteer to be in touch with the elderly and lonely from home and I spoke to a few organisations yesterday who have volunteers set up in every area (I hope), whilst at the same time volunteering for such work., which goes beyond just chatting but identyfying the help they need and being able to refer that back to those offering services which I would have thought so many are unaware exist or probably more in this computer age struggling to find access to their needs by themselves.

I would have thought for many people just losing the feeling of being "useful" is driving this incredible effort by everybody to record numbers each and every day, and these are just organisations seperate to Government and NHS help which is being activated daily. We don"t have to be Pythagoras to work out the numbers of those desperate for help and those able to give it.

Lets hope by August/September life can resume in so many quarters, and from what I am seeing, hearing and understanding we have a much better chance than others to pick the country back up again, and there is no reason to thing that common decency and courtesy will ever have to stop there.

As ever hoping Scancell will be well positioned as others to resume in Q3, whilst we know funding will be needed, I am sure the company is still working on all fronts, and those Government initiatives for employess could well hold the key for us as for many. Grateful we have seen some blue this week, and even on Monday morning level 2 seemed to have strengthened from Friday and with 5 MMs now on the bid at 4.5 and just 1 on the ask at 5p, perhaps we are well positioned to see us get to an SP of 5, even today.

Pleasure Nom, I have been overwhelmed today by just how many people are offering to collect prescriptions, or pick up grocery shopping to those of us who cant do it without help.

Voluteered to speak to the elderly and lonely too, from home, just think how many need that and just offer help to those who need a help in accessing the help out there and just needing a voice to talk to. Lets hope in the coming months scientists can sort this mess out, but these are things that society has needed for so long, and there is no reason to think these initiatives will ever be wthdrawn in the future.............. I have particularly not wanted to comment on how we are handling this virus, but the little I know makes me feel others still have so much to learn from us here in the U.K. and the manner in which the Government are handling this and individuals needs ,makes me have every confidence in our future.

Good to see this week some respite for the share price, long may that continue too.
