Lots of business models being discussed, but the problem is almost of Irish backstop proportions. RMG identified the growth of parcels as their route to future riches but it's not. Longer rounds, growing sickness bill, currently over £100 million, which for a company with a market cap of £2.8 billion is extraordinary. If your a 50 year old bloke pushing round a 130 kg trolley for 5 hours a day in the pissing rain your going to get disillusioned,your body is going to break down and your going to go sick. Culturally the workforce are not on board, and who can blame them?

I've been invested here for 3 months and in that time there has been nothing but positive news, yet the value has been reduced by a third. Institutions won't touch UKOG, and the written press are dubious, the common trait seems to be SS is a wrong'un.

It's a bit early for Rico to be averaging down.

Imo Beatrootjuice is calling this right. Over the years he's said how much work there is and how busy he is, which has been matched by a growing frustration that management cannot translate that into a growing profitable business with a dividend under threat. I share his disquiet and unless they get a leg up with the USO, Rico Back has got to produce a radical overhaul. I also think letter decline is accelerating far beyond RMG's planning and which a steady parcel performance will not hide. In the medium term this may be a godsend that forces Mr Back's hand.

I'm getting an increasing amount of mail where the stamps have not been franked or cancelled. I'm reusing them, how many millions are RMG losing here? Another small pointer of a company in disarray!

I'm not sure how often supermodel Linda Evangelists is quoted on here, but with each tanker worth a paltry 10 grand, what's the fuss! As the lady said 'I don't get outta bed for less than 10k!'

It's a cop out to blame RMG's share price on whatever shorts are in place. Now Rico Black has put 500k in, his next strategy update will break with the vacuous performance by previous management.

There's everything wrong with their business model. With the exception of GLS, this company has been going nowhere for 5 years.
