Interesting situation here. A company done everything right, milestones met, on time, not an inkling of problems, and news all expected in the VERY near term, and yet we have folks trying to talk the stock down in the few days we have left to wait LOL

Crustalballbroke, as if GR and DL would've agreed to the deal if it weren't actionable. DL could afford to lend the money his self. This is an excellent move for both parties!

Course KDNC and DL will have the funds. These negotiations been going on a while, including requiring KDNC to show they can meet their responsibilities in terms of the funding. ZULU is a monster project. DL has just got a significant slice at a reasonable price.

MMs dropped SP on little volume (I suspect few have sold for a quick trade elsewhere before returning). LTHS are well researched and ain't worried. As Splatted says, great top up opportunity.

Agreed, absolutely no issue bagging tariff agreement - and when it lands, it assures 100% binding JDA, so watch the rerate on tariff news, especially with only 280million shares in issue, half of which are held with significant parties and probably another 25% to 30% in sticky hands :-))

Aesty, exactly. GE and CMEC have wanted in from way back and have wasted no time since. I've done shed loads of background reading in GE & CMEC, but especially GE. While they're as big as they come, they've struggled the last few years. Their foray into emerging markets is a massive move. As Laxey and others point out, they are brimming with power tech and infrastructure, particularly after their Alstom acquisition. But their power division has struggled, faring worse than their healthcare and aviation divisions. They're not working on these projects for no good reason. They need projects like Ncondezi just as NCCL need juggernauts like GE. We only need look at how smooth the rum has been since they came on board. And then you see how GE are really working this, linking the new KIBO Mozambican power proposal to NCCL's Tete coal. There should be no doubt.

...fair enough, ask questions, check macro economic an political situations and conditions, but this is STILL happening... Some folk may be looking to trade in and out [I know who some of those are - easy to spot ;-)) ], I'm just accumulating. Added another 100, 000 shares today. Will be adding through the week.

GE partnering with both NCCL and KIBO an will be ensuring that KIBO's Mozambican power plant will be benefiting their other projects where there is an overlap of interests (i.e. our Tete coal)

DigDog, don't see any impact whatsoever, especially as these projects and markets are non domestic (in the sense of the US and China) and because all respective parties want this (and have bee building this partnership up and investing in it).

LOL Laxey, yup, KIBO will be drawing on NCCL coal for their Mozambican power plant :-))

Will.also have a market for its product wider than the NCCL plant. KIBO announced their Mozambique plant. No attached coal mine but KIBO had this to say in the Pro Active Investor article out today -------------------- "The joint venture with Mozambican energy company Termoeléctrica de Benga involves the further assessment and potential development of the Benga power project, a standalone operation that will likely draw coal in from local mines in the Tete region, but which isn’t likely to undertake any mining itself." -------------------- KIBO are working with GE and the Chinese. They are intending to use NCCL's coal, from our Tete mine/project. Our project is NAILED ON, with these juggernauts moving everything through in record time In a matter of days and weeks we'll have our confirmation.
