...God's --- the timetable wasn't provided for no good reason. It was on basis that all the necessary agencies were on board and agreed to it. Everything since has moved along as per timetable. There's a risk to everything, and most definitely on AIM. But talking of African corruption and blockages in the general terms and trying to apply it to NCCL, when to date there's nothing to suggest anything of the sort, is excessively alarmist in my view. Let's go by what we know and have seen so far with NCCL and not Africa as a whole.

Nowhere on AIM is there a more precise, concise and confident time line that sees shareholders do so well in the near very immediate term. As Laxey and Splatted point, results due very soon as well. Looking forward to some heavy detail! Good luck folks!!

Tariff news will light the touch paper, as that is the only remaining piece of due diligence. Three weeks time possibly to hear (four weeks max if end of July binding JDA officially stated milestone is to be achieved). We'll have climbed ahead of tariff news and will be safely in double digits. Good luck all!

...the 'delay' (in truth, these things always take a while, wherever you look) for long term holders is difficult. But given the two most recent RNSs (the $3 million II contribution to drill and the repayment plan for YA), I would suggest that now more than ever, something's up. These events would not be happening at such a time, in quick succession, if things hadn't materially moved on. Those updates signal a position of increasing strength not weakness. The present 'delay' is nothing more than the necessary time required to put things properly unto place. Those who have been here five or even ten years have a right to moan. But the right news not far off in my view. Good luck all!

Gods, as per the podcast, the tariff was due in around after the FM update. We will not be notified about when it's submitted. In the podcast, he said that once the tariff had been submitted, they would be meeting with EDM and whoever else. These meetings may go on for a bit, even into July. Don't dispute that part. But disagree with you regarding when the tariff was likely in, as I believe it's in (or absolutely imminent otherwise). Whereas you seem to think there's some time. I'm happy with you believing your version. I'll go by my own (based on Hanno's podcast) Best of luck to you!

If they expected us to expect a mid June update, not sure how anyone can then expect a 2 week turnaround on the binding JDA even if end of July was notional milestone was notional (unless work on it had already been done) FWIW

Not billshitting gods, my own personal view, that the tariff was due in in quick succession, and that it would be roughly a week from the update, give or take a day. I remember very clearly a mid-June time frame for Tariff submission (which might provide for and end of June or early July update). How else can they notionally suggest an end July Binding JDA?

At the last update, Hanno said that the tariff would be in soon, within the next week, or words to that effect. It's been a week since.

Tariff in, discussions this week, news at any time after that (news at latest, early July). That's the first rerate. Then JDA with monster booom. Tariff first though getting us into double digits. Good luck all!

Once tariff sorted, JDA guaranteed. There will be a re-rate at that point (followed by binding JDA which will see a further and significant SP re-rate) In the meantime, worth remembering that we've stuck to deadlines and milestones and that it's great to see us holding above 8p.
