Between now and end of July, just over four weeks, we have tariff news, results and binding JDA. Three key bits of news. Tariff submitted early last week. In discussions right now. Approval not in doubt. News imminent as we head towards end of June. Good luck all!

End of this week we're effectively entering into July. Tariff news due, results due and binding JDA, all between now and four weeks time, if they're able to keep to their milestones (which so far they have).

Four trades gone through on NEX listed as sells when they were all buys. I know as I bought 50, 000.

We have no problems here milestones and deadlines all met. EDM, one of the parties to approve our tariff, have a interim chair who was key/supporter of NCCL in the early days. Approval is not in doubt for me. Tariff was in early last week. They'll be in meetings and discussions right now. We're entering the end of June. An update could come quicker than folks realise (seriously!). I'm with Splatted, everything''s a bargain now. Topped up today will continue adding.

Thanks Pyro, a helpful example of how the NDA might work and whether or not it affects release of the information we require. Believe that no news is a very strong suggestion of something big about to break.

This is a good move and a good sign. It shows me they are working very closely with the authorities and in such a way that they are developing sector leading expertise within an African and developing world/markets context. Able to bridge between government and related agencies, GE and other heavyweights and local situations. Excellent [re]positioning!!

Our SP potential will be made clearer by the binding JDA. Let's remember, a 20p SP gives us a market cap of only £58million. We are due back historic costs and than whatever $$$amount for whatever proportion GE-CMEC take above 60%, and then add the possible value of the proportion we retain (that possible value will be made clearer by whatever we are given for the proportion above 60% we relinquish). All these numbers should be made public with the JDA. And it'll amount to a lot more than a market cap of £58million. Before then, expect a re-rate from tariff news. Here's to a good week ahead!
