Gaping fracture, just to clarify, I do not know for sure about the GLA wells being brought forward, but after listening to AS talking, he at least hinted that this may be the case -

I think that Hurricane will need to ring-fence $80-100million for Hurricanes share of the 3 GWA wells, LC tieback to the AM and also to tieback the AM to the WOSP. I would still hope that hurricane would be confident enough to commit to, and self fund 2 extra wells on the GLA next year (another $100 approx IMO) - maybe more than 2 wells, hence a guess at a possible further 2 well option if and when they announce the rig contract. If I was to guess where the GLA wells would be, I suspect a step out on Lancaster towards Halifax, and then at least one on Halifax itself. - all IMO, and as they say, WTFDIK, not a lot :-)

Gaping Fracture, ref your post/dream. The three wells currently planned for next year are for the GWA, not GLA, although I expect we will soon be told that the GLA wells planned 2021 will now be drilled 2020 (2 GLA wells with further options for 2 more hopefully).
Ref the FPSO "news" - I would be very surprised if Hurricane weren't already looking at options for FPSOs but they need Warwick West result, and I suspect more drills before they can start any FEED studies or make any decision on that front. - I may be wrong but dont think we will get any concrete news on an FPSO any time soon.

I would also be cautious about trusting RedOctober - he is posting information that is already known or expected, claiming that he has inside information ("from the drillfloor") now why would you do that apart from to try and look credible?? - not only would the poster be on dodgy ground himself by posting info on a public BB, he would also be putting the jobs at risk of anyone that was passing on that info as well - he will guess a few correctly but huge bags of salt required when reading his ramblings. - I think it might also have come as a surprise to RedOctober to find out that FPSOs do not actually have drill floors.

So that yanks have 700million barrels reserves in salt mines. That's a small fraction of what the UK has hidden away (secretly stored offshore in a Ridge, West of the Shetlands) :-)

Eco are fully funded for another 5 or 6 drills, quite probably this will include a couple of appraisal drills completed as producers. The more drills and discoveries that are done the higher the Takover Price will be. So we may see a quick and cheeky bid, and a TR1 may give us an indication of this. Let's hope that ECO have a comprehensive defence against any low-ball offer.

Looking at some of the large buys that have been going through, It may be that we see a TR-1 notification in the next couple of days. Us retail investors are fickle at times, but II's will have a longer term view for sure.

Took advantage and bought in again on the dip after listening to the CEO interview above. Malcy has a 300p short term target and 500p longer term target. He wont be far wrong. Imo

I think it will spike, drip slightly and then push on this after noon. Duel listed so it should get the boost when the TSX opens also at 1400hrs.

This discovery alone is hugely significant, but as I posted last week, this drill result also hugely derisks the rest of the upper tertiary plays across the block, and proves again that Eco, Tullow and Total's modeling is on the money.
With another 12+ drill targets to go, and Eco fully funded for at least another 6 drills - this had huge potential, we also should find out soon exactly how large the hammerhead extention discovery is and exactly how far it extends into our block. Unfortunately, this now means that Eco will be a huge takeover target for every major oil company that wants to get into Guayana. I fear the next RNS could be that the company have recieved an offer.

It is looking positive but I called the last drill (jethro) result incorrectly, hopefully call this one right and will remain invested for the pending news.

A positive outcome on Jo is a lot more than just another discovery, it derisked the modeling for all the shallower Upper Tertiary plays across the block, not only for ECO but also for the partners, and off course any future bidders that may want a piece of the action/Eco after the drill results.

Why will it Chablard, - the Glen Lyon manages just fine, and requires an offload about every 5 or 6 days when the taps are fully turned on. Same area (WoS and same tankers used).

It is an absolutely fantastic result, Lincoln is commercial, it flowed at 9800k on test - so likely will produce 15k barrels per day once tied back to the Aoka Mixu next year (similar to both Lancaster wells) - I know a few of our neighbours West of the Shetlands that would absoltely love a well like , with those flow rates this that produces 43api light oil.
