Notification to Company is 2 trading days or 4 trading days for non uk issuer. There are a few exceptions or exemptions to this rule - (MMs for example, although I think they need to submit to the FCA in some circumstances -TR2?).

SpuceGoose, I have no idea, by your post, you obviously have a better grasp on how they may be gathering data than I will ever have, and I genuinely mean that.
I think that any reduction in production before year end will be more to do with planned workscopes on the FPSO rather that playing with the subsea stuff and wells.

The guided 11k is averaged over Q4 - so it is quite possible that a slowdown is planned to facilitate the work on the systems still not yet fully commissioned - and that would bring down the average back towards the guided 11mbd average. What it does show is that those two wells on Lancaster can produce at well over 16k a day. It would be my guess that there would be periods since the last offload that they would have one well shut in, and certainly there were short periods where both wells were fully shutdown, so a great effort again by the teams on the AM and in Aberdeen and Guildford. Hope RT is getting the Marabou's in again for you all out there. Well done.

Guys, I dont see the Solan playing any role in developing Hurrucanes fields, not even as a short term EWT solution. - PMO and partners initially planned to spend around a billion dollars to develop a 50 million barrel (recoverable) field (barely a puddle compared with the GLA or GWA) , at a rate of 25mbd with a small unmanned rig - the Solan (It was planned to be manned for the first 18 months and then down manned and remotely operated from onshore - it is still manned as far as I know. The Oil has a low GOR, so gas possibly used as fuel and flared, I may be wrong but I dont think they have any gas solution solution (injection or pipeline) which would be an issue with BEIS for any Hur tieback.- they have a big, rusty tank on the seabed that comes with it's own issues and, IMO the project, which was years behind schedule and is costing more money than they will ever recoup. I think RT and co will be wise to avoid anything to do with the Solan.

Rev, thanks, I suspect you are correct - I think the BoD are probably targeting January, but keeping it officially Q1 to give them some wiggle room to ensure they have all the info and data before maybe the "big reveal" at the CMD.

And one last point, I have mid November pencilled in for DST on Warwick West based loosely on past drills, rather than the end of Nov - although any delays I suppose could push it back a couple of weeks.

Daltry, I rather suspect that the BoD, like many on here are really more concerned about getting on with the operational side of the Company rather than relatively short term price movements.
If they continue to get the operational side correct then the SP will eventually catch up. The Aoka Mizu is still producing oil (in fact it has been probably the most reliable producing FPSO or platform by any company, WoS over the last 6 months).
LC appraisal was a great discovery - more info to follow on this soon hopefully, Warwick will hopefully repeat Lincoln success in a few weeks. Hurricanes bank balance is ever increasing, we hopefully have another 400k barrels being offloaded in the next few days and we may hear about the next rig contract very soon (as per AS's comments at the AGM or CMD). I am as confident in the future success of Hurricane as I have been at any point over the last 4 years. There are still risks, but they are decreasing by the day.
As always though, anyone reading this or other posts on those boards needs to also do their own research before buying or indeed selling.

Guys, good luck here, I think this will do well - possibly in the short term, possibly a slower burner than I thought it would be if Equinor had taken their options - but as others have said, giving away 50% for zero carry sounds a bit of, well, - a giveaway. I think the only reason Jog walked away is because they are already tied up with the ever expanding Johan Sverdrup field which just keeps getting bigher. There will hopefully be quite a few mid-tier companies that will be interested in throwing in some cash for a smaller % than Equinor would have wanted, so in the long run they are better off without the big boys IMO. Anyway like I say, good luck, I sold my small holding in Jog today to invest elsewhere but will no doubt be back sometime soon.

Thanks Dickum, have a great day. With both RNSs this morning it could go on for a while. CPR shows a huge resource 100% owned by JOG and I suspect some mid-tier O&G companies to be in the data room - Sqz for one.
Hopefully we will get some more info soon on Equinors plans to further appraise Verbier or drill Cortina or Meribel.

The Company, in my opinion, will also have to release the CMD presentation tomorrow prior to the event, this would also require an RNS. - I would also hope that coverage of the CMD is also available to investors after the event, including the Q&A session at the end.
If either of those do not happen then investors that are unable to attend will be disadvantaged.

Bluebird, what a bizarre statement to post at 1322hrs- there is very little in common between the two types of plays, as I am sure you know full well.

Unlike other operators WoS, North Sea and SNS, Hurricane do not need to frack.

And then to follow up with bo!!0cks about things going wrong at other FB reservoirs so GLA may perform similarly - RT covered the initial issues at the Cuu-Long basin and Bach ho and the Dai Hung reservoirs in Vietnam. The GLA is a different beast altogether.

It may take the full 3 months, they may even be an extension or they may conclude early - From memory the 3 months option ends in a couple of weeks anyway so not long to wait.
What investors may want to ask themselves is why did the OGA award those licenses to Jog - the application must have convinced the OGA that they had a very good chance of developing the licenses - this may have been by showing that Equinor had indicated that they may partner - no doubt the extra seismic over the licenses paid for by both Jog and Equinor may have convinced the OGA as well.
So I agree that the discovered oil is substantial, but I think there may be huge upside and excitement regarding what the new seismic is indicating - possibly Meribel and Cortina are looking good for additional exploration drilling.
