IJWT, when comparing with Hurricane Energy, just bear in mind that in all Hurricane Energyy Discoveries, they have LIGHT Sweet Oil. The also have Billions of Barrels that is recoverable as per the CPR - they own 100% of one of the Huge Flieds (Greater Lancaster Area) from which they are currently producing from - And they own 50% of the other (Greater Warwick Area) - which produced (flowed) Light Sweet Oil on the DST. Hurricane's next drill is going to be flowed and tested in the next few days as you probably know.
Also not sure why you think Pigging Runs are a concern for Hurricane - they are good practice and used on most producing assets, in fact if anything, more pigging runs and heated flowline will certainly be required if ECO ever do try and produce the Heavy oil they have found.
Good luck here though - it looks a pretty binary bet just now, - IMO if it is likely that ECO and partners will develop the Heavy Oil discoveries, then it looks oversold. If not then it looks expensive, pending ECO's next drilling campaign sometime next year?.

I speculated (guessed reall) on here yesterday morning that we would see a couple of RNS's land, which we have although the second one doesn't really count.
So to that end I would expect another RNS very soon, probably an update on West Kytlin (WK) Muchentundra(MT). - I really do not think we will see any sale or TO RNS before the 5 days that Warrant holders have been given (middle of next week maybe).
I also do not see any sale of WK until we officially get granted the licences for the flanks, so a flank RNS needed please, could land anytime as I have no idea how long those take.
So here is my predictions (just for fun ) - We will get another RNS before the weekend giving resource updates on WK and maybe MT (maybe after hours tonight or 0700hrs tomorrow). We will obviously get at least one more Warrants RNS by Tue/Wed.
I think from there it could be the sale of MT and a JV for WK that is being lined up - Price wise, I have no idea and trying to benchmark against similar outfits, TO's and asset sales gives me figures that look so pie-in-the sky, I will not even embarrass myself by posting them here.
All IMO and as they say WFTDIK, except that I am quite happy with me relatively small holding here and my small top up yesterday.

Yes, I think we will see another couple of RNS's released this week or next - it may not be the big sale that everyone is looking for just yet but I think we may be updated in other area's, possibly new license's being awarded, possibly update or decision on dividends, possibly update on how the talks are progressing.
I do however expect any sale of assets to be completed within the next couple of months - this will give the new owner the chance to get set up with the new team, their own guys or preferred contractors before the mining season starts again Q1 2020.
Ignore the idiots on here that have done zero research and want £1 a share tomorrow, likewise idiots like JAdams who has a posting history of calling everything wrong that he deramp or Ramps.
I did buy a few more at 2.75 this morning and fully accept that this might go a little lower yet, but in the short to medium term, this has huge huge potential. ImO, just dont put more than you can afford to lose on it, if it does go t!ts up.

"The safety vessel will be out there in all weather, at all times" - nope, not quite correct, there will be times when the conditions WoS will dictate that even the safety vessels will be sent in if the weather is bad enough (15m + waves etc), which does happen from time to time. In those conditions, I am led to believe that the assett will batten down the hatches and in the case of most FPSO, they will carry on producing.
More than happy to be challenged on the above but you will be wrong :-)
I doubt that the conditions WoS just now are more than a bit of a swell, a light breeze and a sig' wave height that is no more than 3 or 4m.

Slip, pretty sure the Esvagt Claudine is the standby rescue vessel for the TL, and she looks to be still on location.

Guys, we can speculate all we want about the SP after any TO, and why not , but IMO, I think that we will not see any RNS for assett sales for quite a while yet - What we will see though, as the sale gets closer, many IIs or wealthy PIs will jump on board and move the SP up fairly rapidly - let's face it, the news will be unofficaily out there, via both banks, suitors or even the Company itself, long before any RNS hits - although it could be argued that with the volume and SP rise there are quite a few big boys in the know already building a decent stake here.
So although I still only have a relatively small holding here, I think it is a decent punt by anyones standard with the potential reward outweighing the obvious risks.

Yep, I believe all the work was completed that was neede to trigger the initial $50million payment and further $100 million loan facility as part of the EPC contract with SinoSteel. The fact that EUA have put this on hold could suggest that being tied up with SinoSteel may actually prolong or complicate the sale of the assets.

Just, to add, Norilisk Nickel have their own guys and preffered contractors , could this possibly why EUA have held back on receiving the $50million from SinoSteel.

Norilsk Nickel who are the worlds largest PMG producers, based in Russia have just raised US$750million through a Bond offering (the book closed yesterday or the day before). Citybank, amongst others, were instrumental in selling the bonds.
So perhaps Roman Abramovich (NN's owner), is looking at again at expanding his PMG empire. $750 million should just about cover the sale of EUA MK mine to NN.
Atm, I only own a few here as it is still too risky to go in deep, but certainly worth a punt, IMO.

This will be an interesting morning, usually the SP would drop to the placing price, but I suspect any drop will be short lived and we will see this again momentum over the next few trading days.

Itsallsmess, you are reading that wrong IMO, they mea n alone as in a stand alone treatment rather than a combination, not going it alone without a partner
Plus if you read earlier RNS's or AGM minutes. you will see that no TR1s are required, even when they go through the normal 3% threshold.

Most, if not all of the major oil Companies have new FPSOs in the planning or construction phase - at least two will, imo, end up on the UKCS, WoS. - These things are made for 25+ operating years and there will be demand for hydrocarbons till 2050 at least. I suspect the next generation of FPSOs, including the ones that will eventually be used on the GLA and GWA, will be a lot more efficient and environmentally friendly. I would suspect that there will be no flare consent at all in the UK for production within 5 years and new FPSO will be powered from the beach, no flaring no GT's, 100% gas recovery and a bloody big cable from a windfarm in the Shetlands with only En-Gen backup on the vessels.

I will again happily sit tight and wait for the an official RNS confirming a DST has taken place and telling me the result before believing anything written here. ;-)

The warrants being exercised is a minute amount compared with the amount of shares in issue - it also chucks another 350k into the coffers - It is very possible, in fact, imo, probable that the BoD will want to issue a one-off special dividend to all share holders before any potential liquidity event (assett/company sale).
So next RNS could be about a Special Divi - 1p per share would do me just fine now..
