Ohhh, good strategy, I think I will mull it over for a couple of weeks before deciding either way, whilst ignoring all the rumours and jungle drums. I am also hoping that someone in the shetland Islands spots a flare and posts here, or even Iceland, (although Iceland might be a little too far to be sure it's coming from the right drilling rig).

Never believe rumours on this BB - they are seldom true and usually spread by those that know the least..

However only recently there were rumours doing the rounds saying that I was sexy, good looking and modest. These rumours, I am afraid to say are true.

F22, - reading back over your post this last couple of weeks, I am convinced that you are a Slinky, one of a few Slinkies that regularly post on this BB

Ignore the clown, he still thinks that the AM pumped formation water from the AM to a tanker and the down a hole via another FPSO a few click away, or did covert Ops back to the Shetlands before returning 12hrs later for the next offload. Aye right!!!!!!!!!
If one throws out enough vague comments a few oil trash phrases and adds a few irrelevant signs then one can loosely link those to any piece of news or price movement that happens.
If next week bring good or poor results on the LC drill, Farm out of WW or the GLA, News on GLA drilling being brought forward etc, then Trigger and Co will no doubt claim to have known all along, that all the signs were there and they traded accordingly.

Marine traffic has her heading somewhere called the Glen Lyon ???? EtA 22/8/19 1100hrs - isn't that a place in the highlands of Scotland ??? Any ideas? - maybe that's where they offload all the imaginary water

Haha, we now not only need a bigger boat (FPSO) we now apparently need a bigger shuttle tanker FFS. Some peoples imagination is getting the better of themselves now.
They offloaded all the Oil that the AM had produced (by all accounts close to 450k barrels, unconfirmed) last weekend.
The current tanker will not, NOT be unloading Oil, Water, Gas, Diamonds, Gold or any other substance, it will be out there, IMO, conducting routing trials - probably before moving to one of the other BP FPSOs WoS tomorrow to do a full offload. EndEx

I will raise it £500, and my position is that's it's not offloading water anywhere. :-)

F22, if you are suggesting that the FPSO actually went to the WoS without the "kit" to allow produced water disposal being fully operational meaning that we now need a tanker to get rid of water - then I think that is one of the most unlikely thing that I have read on the BB since WizardTaffy predicted a Volano erupting and sold out.

Also you state "we will know within 24hrs" - really, I would hazard a bet that there will be no official announcement and the only way that we will know within 24hrs is by seeing where the tanker heads to next - with her belly either full of contaminated water ready to be offloaded, or full of Oil ready to be offloaded or still empty ready to be filled up.
Just IMO, but WTFDIK.

Anyway, the tanker will not be collecting water, unless they are getting around $60 a barrel for it.
She will, again IMO be out to the AM conducting Field Acceptance Trials, DP testing, hose and connection checks etc - basically a dry run and coupling but with no fluids passed between the vessel, and certainly not collecting water.

Maybe the extra supply boats are shipping out Hay then.

Below 30ppm is more than acceptable, and will have zero impact on the environment or marine life, and the chances are it's quite a bit below the 30ppm.
