I agree, huge, huge potential here. If even a couple of those drills come in on target then this could be absolutely huge IMO. And those aren't wildcat well, they are re-entry from previous producing wells in a proven oil and gas bearing acreage.

There are a lot of posters on here this morning that seem intent on convincing themselves that bad news is on its way and that the well will not flow, and they may be correct. Others trying convince themselves that no news is good news and if it was a duster the Rig would have moved on long ago (which I agree with), and the fact that the Leader is still in situ' may mean that they are still attempting, or going to attempt, a DST.
Not sure who is right or wrong but my money is still very much invested in Hurricane even though the "Bussiness end of the drill" does seem to be dragging on a bit.

WellWell, tut,tut - loose Lips-Sink Ships - were you not paying attention when I told you that you should wait for an official RNS, but if you really want rumours about what is happening on the AM and TL then get your self up to the Spiders in Dyce after crew change days - you will get all the rumours you want up there - most are bollpxs mind. :-).

I heard that RB of CA is a frequent visitor on the Spiders and uses the establishment, info and contacts that he meets there to find out what is happening and to plan his Hurricane trades spotted that most Thursday evenings - for a lock-in. Get your skates on and by midnight you will have all the info you need.

SG, I was just saying that is was better to wait for official news rather than rumours, gossip, hearsay, waffle if you like that those Boards are full off, rather than anything specific regarding WD. As Biffa and others have pointed out, the fact that the Rig is still there must surely be a positive, and the small drop in SP is IMO more about the Oil price uncertainty and a few nervy PI's derisking before news.

WellWell, I am sure nobody is really interested in any of my trades here over the last few days, or anytime frame for that matter - besides as far as trades go you can be right for the wrong reason and wrong for the right reasons.

FWIW, although I understand why averaging down works in some circumstances, surely if you think that WD is priced in and failure on WD will have an impact on the SP, then it would make more sense to use a little leverage and go short on IG whilst awaiting good or not so good news on WD.

WW, always better to wait for any official RNS before believing anything or the rumours etc. Plus any drop on the SP will give investors a great chance to average down if that is how the roll :-)

Wallace, good news if that's correct about the Stem Forth, which would mean JL spud around Wed or Thursday. Was the arrival reported somewhere as it looks like the Vessel AIS is switched off.

I was also trying to figure the £20+million MC out, but without being able to value the patents it is nearly impossible to put a valuation on the Company's assets, it may be a bargain, or still very overvalued. - Also can anyone confirm if the Patents are actually owned by Nano, or are they assigned to individuals?
I also wonder what signal the Board are sending out, both by saying nothing after such a market reaction to a poorly written RNS, and also by not buying any shares when the SP crashed. Poor show all round, have they something up their sleeves? or is the Company in even worse shape than the SP suggests.

WW, If I though that WD or the EPS were flip of the coin stuff, I certainly wouldn't be putting my money in here. :-)

I posted at the time that the directors selling were a huge red warning light for me, and thankfully for once it stopped me jumping in. So on the flip side of that, it would now be interesting to see if they have any confidence that this can recover by buying shares at this level, if not it may send a signal that this is dead in the water.
Directors buying would certainly make me think about taking a decent position here as it looks oversold, we shall see if that happens or not in the next couple of days.
