Anyone got a recent update on the whereabouts of the Stena Forth, last I heard she was due on location this weekend or Monday at the latest, is this still the case.

Larger than expected draw and OPEC setting the date for next meeting (01 July) is likely the driver for the tick up in oil price. IMO

I doubt that very much Fergie, we have the RNS and doubt that HUR will issue another one with offload volumes to keep a few needy PI's happy.

Shutts, I certainly wouldn't have been disappointed with a 150k barrels offlaod, which is why I am cock-a-hoop with a 350k offload.

Without looking at offtake rates in the ES etc , but talking to some chaps in the know, and looking at how long that very same tanker sits behind the other BP assetts WoS for the standard 500k offload package, then I think SIPP guesstimate won't be too far off, perhaps a little optimistic IMO and I would have guessed about 20hrs but WTFDIK.
What we do not know is if they will start the offload as soon as tye tanker is in position - the deck crew or crane operator may be on another task. Or the ctual hook up could take an hour or so before any transfer - maybe RT is firing the gun to get the rope across on the first offload and misses the tanker :-). Maybe it will be delayed because a chopper is due on deck or another 50 reasons why looking at timings alone could be flawed. The initial offload may also contain completion fluid or distressed hydrocarbons if they weren't offloaded previously, which I am guessing adds a little bit on switching tanks etc. - (the MEG gunk etc would not have gone ashore on any PSV imo, and guessing there could be around 20k barrels of that to get rid off).

As for judging the offload by looking at the draft, well good luck with that one - you would be as well trying to Platt the Fog that is sitting over the AM and TL this morning - hopefully they have someone on the deck taking for the required fog samples.

I doubt that BP would send a tanker out for anything under 300k, in fact they wouldn't. My best guess would be anything between 320k - and 400k by WTFDIK. :-) - Anything over 300k would be outstanding IMO, bearing in mind the wells were shut in from the Monday to the Sat before the 72hr run at 20k, and That for a period they only flowed one well at a time. Well done Team H, yet again.

Now that we think last week's trial run was purely a test run for the tanker does it make sense for BP/Hurricane to wait for the Aoka Mizu to be pretty much full to the gunnels of Oil, (give or take a few days production capacity) or do we think she will be offloaded when she reaches say 500,000 barrels ???
Also any thoughts on the SP movement on First Tanjer offload, and Hurricane start generating cash.

The sucsess rate is in the CPR, but the stated 77% COS is for Warwick not necessarily the individual WD drill.

Good to see quite a lot of new posters here, unfortunately it looks like they have honed thier skills and learned the trade by reading and investing in Companies like UKOG, Ang and the likes - backed up by their posting history.

Most long term holders are now well in profit and can afford to sit back and wait a bit longer before we see new highs, the rest can can continue chasing the couple of % here and there and ultimately losing money as your posting history shows.
3 RNS's today as predicted, the next one should be on Warwick Deep- in the next few days IMO.

RT's message from the TL was hugely positive, or maybe more so the fact that he is out there and it confirms we are at the "Bussiness End" of the Warwick Deep drill. RT was present on the Spitzbergen when Lancaster flowed, are we also very close to the DST on Warwick, so close that RT couldn't fly off yesterday and fly back out tomorrow morning. Confirmation bias maybe but I take that as another huge positive.
