Bubble, the reason no one bothered with your question is because most can read the RNS - it is a placing with no mention of a Rights Issue. Usually the SP will drop to around the same price as the placing but not always so if you hand on then you may, or may not get that chance.

Most of those shares will have already have been forward sold at higher prices. The fact that their is no real stated reason for raising this money is very worrying to say the least.
As you can probably tell I am not currently invested but will be keeping a close eye on it - the P2F mask looks like a first class product with huge potential, unfortunately the Board, in my opinion, are a third rate bunch of chancers.

Looks like some one is feeling "lucky" with a 20million buy (£8million quid) and a few more shoppers. Yes the UT was 38.85 and that is what you should be looking at if you want the closing price - but who really cares about the closing price - what matters is the buy and sell price tomorrow or whenever you want to buy and sell those shares.

Gareth Cave, in my opinion would also have known and tracked the machinery through production. He was very rampy (prior to the big dump by braveheart and Ryan) and now nothing. If the BoD and GC didnt do anything to manipulate the SP (and I am not alleging they did) then they may surely be guilty of extreme incompetence. In my opinion only.

If anything, the article shows the market for those masks is huge. Surely it is unthinkable that the P2F IP is not being offered to other producers for a very nice profit. - wait out on this one.

And if the company are monitoring those BB's as some do- you need to start answering your emails.

I only have a relatively small holding here so the SP movement either way is not a big deal. I do feel that this has huge potential but really do not trust the Board of Directors at all. The delay is only by a couple of weeks but they would or should have known there was going to be a delay when they dumped their shares. This delay explains the current low SP but no doubt it will be used to drop if even further. It smacks of a deliberate attempt to keep the SP low - if this were not the case then why not balance the RNS with an update on orders etc. Or will the update come once the lads have topped up around those levels.

Nina, that is correct but they are held and cannot be sold, so it matters not one bit. There are no more or less available to buy or sell than their were yesterday.

Very shoddy piece of Journalism at best. The price of the mask is wrong (we have been told that they cost only only franctioaly more than the normal masks to produce (pennies), and on the P2f site they were advertised in bulk for circa £1 each. Also where it says that the mask takes 7hrs to kill the virus - wrong again, the masks kills the virus on contact and still kills >90% of virus's after being worn for 7hrs.
Better to listen to GC himself that read second-hand poorly written pieces of trash from unresearched second rate writers.

What a load of nonsense - ffs, if Volz really wanted p2f they would struggle to accumulate substantial shares under the radar. Any huge ammount of buying would send the SP up. They would have to declare above 3%, so any TR1 would send the SP up based on speculation. If they crossed 30% then they are deemed to have a controlling interest and are then legally obliged to bid for the remaining shares and try and take over the Company, and pay other shareholders at least the maximum they paid for their shares over the past year. Nope, a hostile takeover here is extremely unlikely - any takeover would OMO, likely have to be supported by the BoD and then voted through by shareholders at an EGM.

The 25% stake in RMS on todays SP is circa 10 million, so that and cash isn't far off the MC.
Then their main play, IMO is Paraytec (100%) which has huge potential and then KirkStall (80%) and Phasefocus and Sentinal (circa 20% & 40%, from memory).
This looks to be very under valued and under the radar, but WDIK.

Yep Korda, that is also my simplistic view, AB test to see if you need the vaccine, AB test to see if the Vaccine has worked, and then possibly periodically to see if you still have antibodies.
Vaccine or no Vaccine, IMO, ODX are extremely well placed to make whatever Covid related tests are in demand for the next few years.

Silver, they haven't. Legally they either had to sell or make an offer for the whole company. They still hold 25%. But I guess you knew that, and if you never then you shouldn't really be trading.

Spot on, under the takeover rules, any person, entity holding over 30% is deemed to have a controlling stake in the bussiness - and needs to make a cash offer to other shareholder at a minimum of the highest that they paid for their shares over the last 12 (from memory, it may be 18) months when building their stake.

Braveheart had no choice but to sell and it would have been part of the P2F deal, otherwise under the takeover code, Braveheart (because the held >30%) would have been obliged to make a cash offer to all other shareholders. Dr Cave taking 18% shows he is fully aware of the potential here.

And the extra layer of protection adds very little cost in production compared to the normal crappy masks that are widely available.
