TW, the assumption of 4-6 weeks was possibly before the new "loaned" equipment was taken into consideration. Adding new, possibly different types, of equipment may well have paused the TT process or prolonged it. Sampled batches of production using the new kit would likely have to go through the same QA checks prior to TT being fully signed off.
All indications are that the TT process is complete or very close, hopefully confirmation soon.

Gareth Cave, in my opinion lied last year saying that they had already sold 25% of the machines 5 million capacity. This is what spiked the SP and allowed TB and others to sell. Why Gareth still refuses to clarify why he said this is is in my opinion ominous. Particularly when January RNS clearly stated they had no orders for the masks.

Garrth Cave lied, in my opinion, last year when he said the Company had already sold a quarter of the 5 million per month machine capacity. This (pump?) preceded a hike in the SP that allowed TB and others to cash in big time. Gareth continues to avoid this subject with me. To that end I am not sure that anyone really knows which way he will vote - even if he says he will vote against any or all of the resolutions. All IMO

Why on earth were 3 others deemed to be in close contact with the two engeneers that were positive. If the correct precautions were in place then no other person needs to be in close contact with those people. Unprofessional to say the least.

The next update should be that the Machine Manufacturers are sending over another two engineers to complete the commisioning - or they are going to get two uk machine engineers with a live link to the Spanish Comapny and continue with the commisioning as planned.

If there was no contingency for this likely scenario then the Company are incompetent, and if they do not now put one in place then even more so - we hope that if the two engeneers do have the Virus that they recover fully, but are RMS/P2F going to wait another 10 days only to find out that the Engeneers aren't fit to work, then what.

FFs RMS and P2F, this is basic planning that you seem to be incapable of completing.

This may suit RMS nicely and tie-in to the date of the warrants vote, but Gareth Cave needs to also man-up here and take some responsibility - unless those delays also suit his agenda.

Not currently invested so impartial, although I was quite heavily invested before and for a while after the suspension - and I do not say that to be smug as I have taken a similar hit on other shares in the past. But as I know the story my tuppence, for what its worth is as follows.
If Alexi was still an advisor, then he is trading with inside information, if he is not still an advisor then the board should have let investors know.
Alexi and the BoD would have known that this RNS would sink the SP, so if there was any other reason that he offloaded, then the wise thing would be to relaease this info at the same time. Unless for some reason it suited the seller. I cannot believe that Alexi doesnt know which stage the FSP is at, it may be that he knows if has still a few months to go now and decided he needed the cash now.
Good luck all, I would expect the BoD to put out some sort of statement in the morning to steady the SP, even if it is only to say that Alexi wasn't an advisor and deny he still would have inside info.

I bought a few this morning (10k worth @2.74p) and will vote at the GM, although not sure which way yet - but I stand by what I said earlier this year - unless Gareth Caves clarifies what he said last year regarding orders (which contradicted Jan's RNS) then I will question his motives and hold him in the same distain as Trevor, who in my opinion is a complete chancer to say the least.

And if he doesn't the I will hold him in the same regard ar TB who I would not invest money in any Companybthat he is involved in after the way he has used RMS for his own cash cow and continues to do so.
Gareth, is really is that simple - you stated large orders were in place last Nov, RMS stated January that no order have yet been recieved. You have called for better corporate governance, I think you need to explain this to current or potentially future shareholders.

Dr Gareth Cave also needs to come clean on why he stated on an interview that orders were already being taken and that at least a quarter of the machines capacity had already been sold. This was in his Proactive Investors Interview last Novemeber, which IMO caused the price to Spike and make a lot of people involved with the Company a lot of money.
Gareth needs to come clean and justify the comments to have any sort of credibility at all.
Gareth were there orders like you stated, were you already selling into the Health Service and if not why did you state that you were - and if this was true then why did the RNS this week clearly state that there were no orders for the masks?

Gareth Cave gave an Interview back in November (just before the SP spiked to > 5p and many made a fortune by selling including board members) where he stated (from memory) that already a quarter of the machines 5million mask per month capacity has been sold and that pre-orders were going through - and that they were selling through a distributor into the Health Service. - why did he say this if is wasn"t true and this morning RNS may suggests it was anything but true.

The interview is on Proactive Investor, google Garteth Cave interview and it is an interesting watch.

I am still not invested but I suggest this needs clarification before any vote at the GM.

The RNS makes me think that a JV is quite a strong possibility, although a sale is preferential to most retail investors, those with patience would see a better return if the Conpany partnered or even decided to go it alone. IMO

Genuine Q, does anyone know what the selling price is per mask???. I know there was some speculation a few months back where some Company was reportedly taking pre-orders for the masks buy not sure that we can rely on that.
FWIW, I am still not invested here, yet.
